I had talked to Rachel about the service for my car last month. After my road trip I called her and asked usual she took care of the whole process.
2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

We would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Tommy Moreland from the service department! We actually had to get our oil changed on our jeep in the Tulsa area because we could not seem to get it serviced in Amarillo after multiple attempts. So, luckily, we have family there, so we stopped by Southpoint auto and tell me recommended the best time to come in to avoid a crowd, and we were in and out in less than an hour. Thank you so much for taking care of us and you guys could give some pointers to Amarillo dealerships!

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

Nelson Mazda TulsaReviews
Nelson Mazda Tulsa review
Fairly good. The theme was a no commission sales. So the person assigned to me wasn’t going to try to sell me. Well I’m an older man so I really wasn’t worried about that. The car I was interested in was getting some work done so I had to wait a bit. After driving it I knew it was a decent price and I had already researched the worth of my trade. They gave me my price for my trade and the deal was done. Now I have learned that the real profit is made in the closing process. I was just too tired to deal with that. So the next day I went in to finish up. There definitely was some pressure to buy an extended warranty and furture service. But my salesman really wasn’t able to get me to buy any of that. So in closing, I got a good deal on the car and a decent price for my trade. But an inexperienced buyer may have ended up with a lot more cost. So know what you’re buying and selling and don’t get talked into buying something that you really don’t need.

CarMax Tulsa review
Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Of four offers on my vehicle CarMax was the best, the looked at my vehicle and the final offer was exactly what the internet offer was! It was a simple process. They issued a check on the spot and made us very comfortable. Thank you carmax!!! Best part was the other companies all reached out after the deal was done saying we could beat that deal…..guess y’all should have tried not to lowball up front. I definitely will do business with them again
2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

My husband and I were dreading shopping for a new car. Luckily for us, Paulin from the Toyota Dealership chose us to help buy a new car. Very upfront and pleasant, he made our experience a good one. He is so very smart and knowledgeable about the product that he showed us. Paulin was so patient with us explaining the details of the Toyota-especially the technology involved. We are old-schoolers and this area is always difficult for us. He did it with ease. He certainly is not a lazy soul. He was here and there and everywhere taking care of our business once we decided to purchase a car. I never knew that buying a car could be so headache free. He did a really terrific job!! He deserves a BONUS. Betty Kinsey
2018 Toyota Sienna review
Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

Jim Norton ToyotaReviews
Jim Norton Toyota review
We bought a new 2026 4 Runner this week and we had a great salesman in Mr. Friday. He was very helpful in locating the vehicle and keeping me posted on when it would be available. I appreciate how professional he was in handling the purchase. Our Financial Advisor Jordon was great also! We have now bought 7 vehicles from Jim Norton and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle. There service department is also the very best.
2020 Toyota Sienna review

Went to purchase a car for my teen who will be a new driver. The service from the salesman and both managers Brad and Scott was great. Thank you for working with us. Great experience for us both.

CarMax Des MoinesReviews
CarMax Des Moines review
When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.
