We bought an older vehicle that had substantial issues in the first year. Since Majeski had a great reputation until then, I brought the issue to the Sterling store management and then to Greg, who was surprisingly concerned and sympathetic for a large business owner. I won't put him on the spot with specifics. I will say he made a correction for us, apparently just because he wanted to, as he didn't have any legal obligation to do so. I was ready to write them off because their claim of quality vehicles seemed to overpromise. In the end, our experience is that Majeski has good customer service and good vehicles and even when a dud slips through the system, they aren't just going to leave you hanging. To me, THIS is why you pay retail price instead of buying from a stranger off the internet.
Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.

After several hours of looking and researching Jeeps online, found one 2 hours away from home. Spoke with Scott on the phone who gave a good overview of what we could expect. Everything was exactly what was stated and no surprises which was awesome since it was a long trip. Great 3rd generation family owned business. We received an excellent price on a used Jeep. Friendly and quick service. Vehicle was very clean and ready to drive off the lot. Have bought other cars from large dealerships and spent hours working thru pricing and financing. Horner didn't give us the run around, pricing was quick and financing was very smooth. Would definitely come back!
I contacted this dealership via email through Cars.com to inquire about a small car to purchase for my daughter. The dealership responded promptly to let me know that the car had already been sold. First, I was glad they responded. Second, I was glad they were honest and let me know the car had already been sold. Third, they let me know that they had other inventory that I could shop, but none of the other inventory had the type of car I wanted to buy, so I didn't really look any further. I appreciated most of all that they took the time to respond to my email and they were very courteous.
I spoke with Austin regarding a blazer for sale. He went above and beyond my expectations of any dealer. He was honest and upfront about everything even sent me pictures of underneath the body and any type of rust on the vehicle. Due to the fact that I couldn't just drive down and look at it I live 11 hours away from his dealership. I would recommend speaking with Austin for your next car purchase
