992 C2S. Best performance car I’ve ever drivin. Can’t think of any negatives. People complain about the price but 100,000 for a suv or loaded pickup is ok. Took years to finally acquire this car , happy it finally became a reality.

I love my Porsche, as much a one can love a thing. It is an incredible machine that also happens to be a car. The car handles like no other I've driven and just goes like a cheetah.

The TLDR is that they are reliable, responsive and responsible. The longer story is that I'm in Texas so there were some concerns and potential challenges in navigating this process. We were able to FaceTime to do a walk through of the vehicle. The paperwork I needed to sign showed up at my house Monday morning. I sent it back the same morning. It's hard to believe I started the process on a Friday and I actually had the vehicle in my possession exactly 1 week later. We had 1 potential problem as the vehicle showed up with some minor damage. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't hesitate to cover the cost. You learn more about the character of a business when you encounter a problem and they showed that they care about their reputation and they care about the satisfaction of their customers. I'm very pleased with Platinum Autohaus and I'm really enjoying my car!

Overall a very fine car. Dashboard controls are not responsive and it took two of us to figure out how to play USB flash drive (CD's don't work). Pairing cell phone is also problematic.

Was shopping a new or slightly used 23/24 BMW M8 Completion Convertible. Southeast Auto had two listings. Called and spoke to Rich. What a pleasant client experience. When I’m shopping vehicle in the $150K plus/minus I admit to being apprehensive. Rich, who in fact is the owner, answered all my questions excepting the one he did not know, Rich sent an email that more than satisfied my question i short order. Was the beginning of a trustworthy client/seller relationship. Bar none this was the best automobile acquisitions I’ve experienced with 67 (no exaggeration) vehicle purchases I’ve very made.Very luckily to have the opportunity to meet and work with a seller exudes honesty and integrity in my experience. I normally deal with the Lamborghini Miami Dealership. Gil the GM and Eddie the Service Manager always treat me like Family. --------- This was my 1st experience with Lamborghini Palm Beach. I spoke to Ken the Sales Manager and Tom the General Manager. They gave me a good price for my 08 Spyder Gallardo as a trade and I was very happy with my Purchase. I wanted to have a few things done to the Huracan and they started doing the things I requested as we were doing the paper work. They needed another day to finish working on my car so, Ken the Sales Manager, gave me a brand new URUS to drive back to Cape Coral which is about 200 miles away! ----- In conclusion: Ken Milordis the Sales Manager was very professional and accommodating. Tom Prowzick the General Manager was very helpful was there for the entire process. He introduced me all of the Managers there and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to my close friends and family. This is how a customer should be treated when you buy this type of Vehicle!
