Many people dream of owing an exotic car like those sold at Ferrari of Washington, and for years I was one of them. Having owned really nice German cars over the years, I thought that now was the time to move it up to the next level of car ownership. Going into this I didn't really know what to expect, but from the second I walked into the dealership I was made to feel welcome without any hint of pressure or snobbery (as some would expect a Ferrari / Maserati / Lamborghini dealership to be). I was introduced to Carlo Sandrin, an absolute great guy to work with. He guided me through the entire process. I was shown several cars that were in my price range, got to drive a couple, changed my mind once or twice, and through it all I never felt any degree of pressure to make a purchase. As we were going back and forth, I was waiting for the dreaded "let me get my manager to talk to you" moment, but it never happened. Carlo and I worked the deal between just the two of us and I'm now a very happy 2016 Maserati owner. And the best part of the entire ordeal, I was in and out of the dealership in about 4 hours! Carlo, you're the BEST! I wish you much continued success...
Having just purchased my fourth Ferrari I can honestly state that working with Carlo Sandrin has been a rather enjoyable and pleasant experience. Carlo went out of his way to drive 150 miles roundrtip to my home so I could pickup my car today. He had the car detailed and ready, and all the paperwork was ready and no more than s 15 minute process. He went over the car in detail with me and even worked with the parts and service department to order the correct battery charger and repaid the trunk mounted CD player which appeared jammed. He made the extra effort to take me through the shop, explain the CPO extended warranty, and introduce me to the service manager. He agreed to FedEx the battery charger and warranty book and papers in the next 2-3 days. I couldn't ask for better service. If you plan to buy a Ferrari, I would highly recommend FoW and ask to work with Carlo. He's Italian by birth and his passion for customer service and the Ferrari brand is incredibly high. You'll be delighted doing business with him, as much as I was today. Thank you very much Carlo!
