ABZ is amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The entire experience was great and all the staff were kind and friendly. We never felt pressured or stalked like a typical dealership. Although we did an issue with the vehicle (outside of ABZs control), Cristian was in constant communication with us as well as his management team. Christian and Leo made sure all of our concerns were addressed. ABZ went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. Chris, the service manager and Kyle, the mechanic took very good care of my car and me. The car may be beginning to have electronic gremlins. Kyle narrowed it down to the front control module while they found no faults, was able to get the car running again. And Chris kept me updated with timely reports. I am appreciative of their efforts.
