The entire experience was smooth, friendly and professional. Joseph was a delight to work with in finance and he was patient and knowledgeable in working me through that process. There is a reason I have been coming to Infiniti of Naperville for years, and it is because of their team members. Buying a car is stressful enough, but it truly helps to have partners in the process who understand and appreciate my needs and work hard and collaboratively to meet them. Most importantly, Magda and Joseph are great people and I enjoyed hearing about why they are passionate about what they do. Just a great experience all around.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I didn’t end up buying the car because i didn’t make my decision fast enough. It was sold. But the service was consistent and precise with emails and speedy quick at responding. Loved the service and would definitely recommend this dealer.

I am an out of town buyer and Raj worked with me to make sure I was satisfied before and after purchase. He followed up timely and walked the vehicle with me via FaceTime twice. He took me on a drive via FaceTime and even found a chip in the window and had it fixed before delivery. I worked with Henry and Jack who were both outstanding in making this transaction as painless as possible. I was a little hesitant on purchasing something like this without actually seeing or driving it in person, but Henry went the extra mile Facetiming me on the vehicle walk around and putting the deal together. In addition, I had the vehicle shipped to my driveway, and Henry stuck with me all the way! The shipper did an excellent job, and the Lincoln arrived fully detailed, and as described.
