I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

I purchased a 2019 RS3 from Audi Albuquerque from CJ. I worked with several other Audi dealerships. About 6. Only one other dealership (Ft Worth) was as professional and flexible. With that being said, since I bought the car from ABQ, I can only speak on what happened during the sale from them. My trade in was VERY fair. They didnt even TRY to screw me over. It was reasonable and fair. Would I have liked a tad more on my trade? Of course, but the price flexibility they gave me on the new car more than made up for it. They were within approx $500 of everyone else on my trade anyway. Can't complain there! There were zero games. No tricks. No frills. No surprises, and I had to drive 4 hours from El Paso to get there. How many dealerships would have pulled the okie doke on you after driving all that way, knowing that you dont wanna turn around over $1000 or something? Happens all the time. They weren't pushy either. I didnt buy any upgraded warranty, audi care, gap, anything from them (or get my loan through them, which is another area they really try to push for obvious reasons) and do you think they pushed me? No. Do you think they treated me any less? No. They treated me all the same, despite making less money. Which is obviously important to them. They earned a customer for life. Is not taking care of your customers more important than making a few extra dollars? Not to everyone. But with them, it was obvious and apparent that customer satisfaction, fairness, and straightforwardness is important. Would give 10 stars if I could.

This is a different car buying experience. The sales reps are on a different level of customer service. Makes you want to drive a porsche for life just for the service.

We got a car for the family. Wanted something reliable and not too big, with good comfort. The consultant paid attention to everything we said, showed four options - none felt off. Picked a clean Hyundai with new tires and full service.

We had Joel help us and he was great, we felt no pressure and he allowed us to look at the car as long as we needed to.

Porsche Woodland Hills has a fantastic team of staff always a great selection of cars and can trade cars with other dealerships. If it’s a new model I highly recommend them if you go there go see my friend Myron tell them Marcus sent you I have bought six Porsches. Mr. Assad is also waiting to help there

Everyone that helped in this process was extremely courteous and friendly, thank you all. They serve filtered water not bottled. If you're considering a new or used vehicle go check them out.

I've had Volvo's for the past 20 years and the main reason I bring my cars to Crest Volvo is due to the amazing and outstanding service I always receive from my service advisor Lyn Ford. Not only does Lyn listen and do everything he possibly can to make sure all your issues are fixed right the 1st time, but he goes out of his way to make sure the whole process is smooth and seamless. My wife and I came in to essentially browse and compare vehicles on Saturday 08/16. We ended up speaking with John Cummings, who was extremely friendly, concise, to the point, and not pushy at all. He also was very honest and transparent during the entire ordeal. Having worked in a car dealer as a master tech for a good portion of my career, I typically am pretty good at picking up on red flags from shoddy salesmen, and I did not get any indication what so ever that John had any of those qualities. We test drove a Hyundai Palisade, which we really liked. I was up front with John on my financing expectations, and also requested that we get the vehicle on a lift for a visual inspection. There was a slight miscommunication between John and management, and they were not able to accommodate my request. What they did offer is the fact that Hiley, and themselves fully believed in their products they were selling, and that they knew for a fact there was nothing majorly wrong with the vehicle. Both Rusty the used car director, and the finance manager Lori gave me verbal confirmation that we could back out of the deal, post down payment, if I got it to my shop on Monday and found something catastrophic. I'm happy to report the vehicle was exactly as they advertised and promised. Next we dealt with Lori, the finance manager for all of the closing paperwork. She was very friendly and a straight shooter as well. She also was not overly pushy with any of the extended warranty plans or any other areas for upselling, as per usual in the finance department. Overall, we had a VERY pleasant experience between dealing with John and Lori. We did have one minor hiccup, which as of 08/18 I am waiting to see if John can possibly do anything for us, the spare key fob does not work with the vehicle, even though it has a new battery. I will revise this review once that issue is fully addressed and/or resolved. If you're looking for an honest salesman that won't lie to make a buck, or push a bunch of up selling onto you, ask for John Cummings.

Great car buying experience. I bought the car without seeing it in person. When it was delivered I was amazed how perfect it is. TJ my salesperson did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and the dealership. I definitely would use them for future purchases.

I would have loved the SL550 Henderson had advertised but the cost of shipping my trade-in and the cost of shipping the tt0 to me made it too expensive. That car will make someone very happy!

I just purchased a a used Taycan 4S from the dealership. I found the entire experience to be very positive. They had the exact car I was looking for and at a very competitive price compared to my home state California. The sales representative did an excellent job at showing the car digitally in detail giving me a comfort level to buy the car unseen. As a concession the dealership is covering the transport to my front door. The communication from the dealership on updates of delivery has been great. I would highly recommend this dealership and the car speaks for itself!

The local Porsche dealer had a used Corvette C8 for sale, so l contacted them. Chris was the sales associate that I spoke to. He was straightforward and helpful in putting a deal together. The Corvette is now in my garage. They are a quality, no nonsense dealer and the transaction went smoothly.
