Where do I even start? Our first encounter with Porsche was in Scottsdale, AZ. It was nothing to write home about. Their associate was mediocre and not very knowledgeable nor enthusiastic about the Macan we were looking to purchase. Greg Jordan is the ULTIMATE Master Porsche Brand Ambassador and he has every right to this title. His funds of knowledge of Porsche vehicles exceed our expectation. We feel well educated about the Macan model and different features each trim has to offer. The purchasing process is smooth despite my trade-in titling hiccups. When he said “welcome to the family,” that is exactly how we feel. We cannot wait to continue our Porsche experience with future purchases. Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

Fantastic place to purchase a car! Not only is it a beautiful facility but the people are fantastic. Tyler is a wealth of knowledge and really knows the Porsche cars! I will be back for sure when I am ready for my next awesome ride!

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

For an SUV, car is very sporty and comfortable. Lots of safety features including the lane change assist feature. Great look with the 21" wheels and metallic color.

2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.
