Truly a dream come true. I cannot say enough good words!

I'll first talk about my salesman, then the dealership, then the rest oWe f the team. I had been doing research for a Scuderia for some time now. I had many saved cars and called around. I admit, initially, I came off as rude when talking to this dealership. I was contacted by Kris. Upon our first phone call, my thoughts on the dealership were solidified, I knew this was the right place. From our first contact, Kris was respectful and polite. He answered all my questions, provided me with all the service records, readings, and specs. He texted me all the photos I asked for and more. He even went as far as shooting videos and more photos, hundreds of photos. I made it very hard for him, but throughout, he kept his cool, patience and respectful attitude. I decided to pull the trigger and book a flight. While I waited for my flight, Kris kept up with daily communication, photos, and updates. We got finance pre-approved and sorted out. When the day came, we arrived at 7 am at Greensboro. Kris, who started at 8:30 that day was at the airport with a shiny clean vehicle waiting to pick us up. We drove to the dealership and took a look at the car. I had no surprises, since not only did I trust Kris by now, but he was very open and transparent about any issues the car had. We did a walk around and opened all the compartments. The car was magnificent. We sat inside and Kris showed me all the details, features and how to use the vehicle. Throughout, he was patient, funny, and polite. We went out for a spin and buy was my heart pumping. Not only does he have skill selling, but he knows the cars inside and out, being a former technician, and he can drive like the best of them. We returned and waited comfortably in the waiting area for finance to be ready for us. Throughout, although busy with other clients, Kris constantly checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable. Vic at finance was a pleasure to work with. No games, no hidden fees, no upsells. Straight to the point and efficient, just what I like. Very professional and open. The feeling was the same with the rest of the team. I have visited several exotic car dealerships. Many have laughed at me or dismissed me, or even ignored me. I did not feel this way here. I felt like an honorary guest. It made all the difference. We finalized everything and went to our hotel. We flew to 2500 miles home, excited, sleepless and impatient. Kris kept in constant communication about everything, the detailing, the washing, the shipping and so on. Photos along the way. It was an amazing experience and I am grateful to have made a friend and salesperson I can trust for future exotic purchases. The Dealership itself was like a museum. From an eye-catching bright blue Porsche to a rare BMW M4 GTS to a drool worthy Ferrari Testarossa or Speciale, they had everything. It was hard not to walk around and ogle every car there. The floors were spotless, the showrooms were well lit and every employee was polite and greeted us with a smile. A far change from the west coast. I did not want to leave! It was a one of a kind experience and I am so glad my first Ferarri purchase was with Kris, it made the experience all the more memorable. Kris, you made several dreams come true, I look forward to the future!
