Great service and a great SUV

Saturday evening, an hour before close, we contacted Porsche of Nashua about a used Acura MDX they'd just taken in on trade. We spoke to Jessica Nazzaro, who works at Porsche of Nashua sister dealership Audi of Nashua and happened to answer a Porsche call. Since there was only one stock photo of the Acura on the website, we asked Jessica for some photos, which she emailed to us that night. She also made sure that the Acura could be cleaned up and ready for a test drive and set us up with a Porsche salesperson, Jim Horgos, who could help us the next day. Sunday afternoon, we made the three hour drive to Porsche of Nashua. The dealership hadn't asked for any type of deposit and while we weren't concerned, we were happy to see that the MDX was parked out front, cleaned up and ready for a test drive. Jim gave us the keys and sent us out on that test drive without any runaround. We decided to purchase the MDX and filled out the paperwork. Jim said that he didn't want to let the Acura go without having the dealership shop buff out some scratches and do additional cleaning. We agreed to come back on Wednesday to pick up the car. However, as we were leaving, Jim offered to drive the Acura halfway to us on Tuesday, his day off. Tuesday, we met Jim halfway between the dealership and our house, finished the paperwork, and took the car home. You hear about dealerships where the salespeople don't get back to customers, don't have cars ready for test drives (or worse, have sold cars to someone else), and don't provide service after the sale. Jessica, even though it wasn't her sale, had great communication with us and made sure the car was ready. Jim, even though he had the sale in hand, took the extra step (and three hours of his own time) to help get the car to us. Great service all around.
