I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

Autobahn provided excellent service of my Jaguar XF. I was able to schedule service the next day, and a loaner was provided. Another Jaguar dealership is closer to my residence, but they couldn't provide me with a loaner for close to two weeks. The service staff at Autobahn is very courteous and professional.
Last 4 years I am servicing my BMW and Volvo with autobahn, Fort Worth. The y provide excellent service and professional treatment. BMW has Great service advisor force in particular Mr. Charlie Smithson is such a honest and knowledgeable advisor who gives you the details of required work to perform o n your vehicle with no pressure and honest estimate. I've been having some issues with the satellite radio. I took the car into get serviced, and the team of mechanics/service people took care of everything. They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The job was done quickly, and I've had no issues since that time.
LOOKING FOR SUV, AND WENT TO SEE NEW JAG SUV. THERE I MET REED BULAICH. GREAT GUY, VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND PERSONABLE. HE KNEW HIS PRODUCT BUT ASLO KNEW VOLVO. I ENDED UP WITH A NEW XC60 AND LOVE IT!
THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. TRAVIS DOWNS MADE THE DREADED PAPER WORK PAINLESS. IVE OWNED A VOLVO BEFORE AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AWESOME, ESPECIALLY JEFF ALLEN AND MIKE MONTES.
Took it in due to a vibration in the front wheels. When it was returned the ceramic brake pads had been replaced with factory brake pads and the rear wheel rotors had been replaced. No compensation for my cost for the ceramic brake pads I had installed on the car.
Also had a 328i in for service and discovered an electronic unit was broken and ultimately destroyed when it was run through their car wash. $1500 gone.
Bobby was a very nice person to work with. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and got everything to work for us. A very enjoyable experience . thanks to everyone here at Autobohn.
