GREAT experience with Jamie Reed

From the moment we walked in, we understood that we were experiencing one of the premier brand icons of the world. The facilities are spot-on and provide an ideal environment for doing business with the staff. The folks at the front desk, who provide a customer's very first taste of this organization, were very professional, courteous, and helpful. This was our first time diving into this level of sports car (or any car for that matter), so there was the slightest tinge of intimidation and mystery as we were looking around. That all vanished once we started working with Jamie Reed. This man takes brand and product education to the next level, and has the unique ability to be very serious and "all business" (giving us confidence in his knowledge) while at the same time putting us at ease and exhibiting tons of patience with us "newbies" as he answered our questions and educated us quickly, yet thoroughly. He really helped us feel "comfortable" with stepping out of the "just looking" phase and moving into the process of actively pursuing and purchasing a Porsche. We got the sense that the entire organization has a laser-focus on Excellence, and Jamie Reed embodies all that they are about. Bottom Line: It is DIRECTLY because of Jamie Reed at Porsche of Tysons that we purchased a Cayman and became members of the Porsche family.
