Trustworthy and respectful--just the best!

I didn't know where to get my car serviced when I moved to Boulder, so went to the dealership. Seven years later, I still take my car there. Flatirons Subaru's service department is courteous, reliable, honest, and treats female customers with the respect and integrity we wish we got everywhere. They have always stood behind their work, and on the rare occasion when something did not go as it should, they always made it right, including providing a loaner car. Service Manager Mathias is far and away the best service manager I've ever met anywhere. He has a rare gift for explaining mechanics in a way that customers can fully understand. And I've seen this service department improve and stabilize at a higher level since he took the helm. I love that there are more women working in this service dept also, and that this garage is free of the caveman mentality so prevalent in auto repair shops. The environment is pleasant to wait in, with free wifi and goodies if you so desire, and their service shuttle is terrific. The level of professionalism, respect, and even kindness I have experienced dealing with all the staff at Flatirons has been excellent.
