I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.

In 55 plus years of driving and buying pickup, my 2014 Ram 1500 is far and away the best truck I have ever owned. Mileage in town averages 17 mpg, and highway mileage hangs around 20 to 21 mpg while towing my 17 foot boat. I have owned several Fords, Chevys, and GMC trucks, and none can compare with my Ram 1500. I am 73 years old, and when I kick the bucket, this one is going in the hole with me. John O’Neil.

A good, hard-working truck, one design aspect the knob shifter is annoyingly uncomfortable. After 60 years of driving a stick shift knob is just annoying.

2014 Ram Ecodiesel was the best truck I ever owned. I put 85k miles on it over 4 years. Only diesel, tires, oil and brakes. Took it coast to coast with no problems and great fuel economy. Everyone that rode in it said it’s the best truck they ever rode in. I had the limited model. I put the GDE program on it the first month and it ran great. FCA paid nearly 3k to many of us for no reason. Class action. I only sold it at 166k because I wanted a newer one. Bought a 16 and have 20k on it. Both great. Longtime Ford truck owner. Sticking with Ram until others catch up…..

Went in for an oil/filter change. Service came back with a report from a diagnostic letting me know what needed immediate attention. My salesperson found me coupons to help with the price!!! I really appreciated that! Walked out with oil/filter change, tire rotation, brake flush, new cabin filter, new engine filter for under $300.

I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

Everything went perfectly. From arrival to departure. I ordered a new Key FOB from the Parts Department, they called when it had arrived, made a WEB appointment, all very easy. I was greeted promptly and taken care of by very friendly people. When the job was done, I was helped to use my reward paints toward payment. The job was completed much faster than I had expected.

We decided on a 4 runner before visiting Kendal. I checked the website and used chat to relay what I was looking for. Arn responded within an hour. He laid the available 4 runners meeting our criteria. We went in 6 hours later to view the inventory. We entered the showroom, and within 15 minutes Tamara asked if we were being helped, she the walked us through the whole process. Tamara took us on a test drive and answered all our questions. We warmed up to Tamara, and Arn, liked them both, they were extremely nice, not pushy, the whole process was pleasant. Filed the loan app online, easy, spent an hour signing forms. And so far, we are very pleased with our purchase.
