Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.

In 55 plus years of driving and buying pickup, my 2014 Ram 1500 is far and away the best truck I have ever owned. Mileage in town averages 17 mpg, and highway mileage hangs around 20 to 21 mpg while towing my 17 foot boat. I have owned several Fords, Chevys, and GMC trucks, and none can compare with my Ram 1500. I am 73 years old, and when I kick the bucket, this one is going in the hole with me. John O’Neil.

A good, hard-working truck, one design aspect the knob shifter is annoyingly uncomfortable. After 60 years of driving a stick shift knob is just annoying.

Upon the recommendation of a friend from work, my wife and I made the hour-plus drive from our home in Geauga county down to Diehl Subaru. We met with Erik Bettinger and went over a couple new vehicles, finally deciding that the 2023 Subaru Forester was the best choice for us. After going back home to sleep on it, something we always do prior to a large purchase, we decided that the dealership and the vehicle were both right for us. We called Erik and put a deposit on the Forester, then returned to Diehl the next week to finalize the purchase. All in all, the entire process was very easy, painless and simple. Everyone at the dealership was helpful; no issues at all. The best new car buying experience we have ever had. The Forester is beautiful, and operates as a new car should, no problems. My friend was right, the trip to Diehl was worth it.

2014 Ram Ecodiesel was the best truck I ever owned. I put 85k miles on it over 4 years. Only diesel, tires, oil and brakes. Took it coast to coast with no problems and great fuel economy. Everyone that rode in it said it’s the best truck they ever rode in. I had the limited model. I put the GDE program on it the first month and it ran great. FCA paid nearly 3k to many of us for no reason. Class action. I only sold it at 166k because I wanted a newer one. Bought a 16 and have 20k on it. Both great. Longtime Ford truck owner. Sticking with Ram until others catch up…..

Love this truck, overall. Only a few little things that I would to fix. From the beginning my “check engine “ light on my dash has been lit. In turn my “ loose gas cap “ light stays on. Everyone that I talk to says “they all do that”. One other thing is I have a place on my hood that has spots in the paint and no one can tell me what it is. Overall, I am happy with my truck and the performance of it.

I was looking for a new Jeep for my birthday. The people at Helms truly treated me like they wanted to put me in the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford, rather than just making a sale. They went above and beyond to make this a great present for myself.

So I'm rappelling down an indoor rock climbing wall when suddenly I slip, and I start to fall. Just falling, ahh ahh, I'll never forget the terror. When suddenly I realize "Holy crap! My lease is about to expire! What else can I do but cruise on down to Marty Cancila and see what they can do for me. Next thing you know, I'm sitting in a brand new jacked up Rubicon with my seat warmers on full sizzle. Cortez, T.A. and Mike the finance manager went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, my payments were within my budget and they even gassed her up for me. (All good cars are female. Gone in 60 Seconds. Watch it.) I went for the extended warranty because I'm not an idiot and they actually come in handy and bonus was their snack machine had the freshest Reese's Peanut Butter Cups that I've found in a vending machine situation. The dealership was clean and I felt 100% satisfied with the entire transaction. Everything took about an hour and then I was on my way with Fleetwood Mac cranked up and playing my song. All I can say is 5 stars. Would do business with again.

Very pleasant buying expierance, would buy from them again

After having a horrible and misleading experience at a different dealership, we checked out Snell Motors. Konor was easy going,no pressure at all and very communicative. Would definitely reccomend and will absolutely buy from Snell in the future.

We bought a new 2012 Dodge truck from this dealership and worked directly with Gwen. This buying experience was the best we have ever had and over the years we have bought 7 vehicles (5 new and 2 used) from other dealerships. We had a horrible ( and I mean horrible) experience with two other dealers between Sunday and Tuesday looking for the same type of truck but I must say the other trucks were a step down from the one we ended up getting from Karmart. We contacted Gwen on Wednesday morning around 9:00 am with all of our needs and wants for a new truck and by 8:00 pm that night, we had our deal done and everything was exactly as she had stated over the phone. The truck was as described with all and more of our required options, the deal on the truck was in writing, no games, no gimmicks no foul play. She had said in our initial phone converstation that they were a very transparent dealership and took care of their customers and appologized profusly for the experience we had previously with the other dealerships and explained they felt horrible since they do not opperate that way. At the same time, she had not one bad thing to say about the other dealers which I thought was very professional since we already knew the dirty details of how the other dealerships opperated. I am convinced that every word that she said about Karmart was completely true now that we have finished dealing with them. We will be returning to Karmart for all of our service needs and of course if the occassion ever arrises where we need another vehicle, we will go there. I will be spreading the word to all of our friends looking to purchase a vehicle and also told Gwen that I would sing her praises on every review site that was available to us since her customer service and Karmart went above and beyond the call of duty! We are thrilled with our truck but also feel like we have made a new business friend that we will trust for our service and future buying needs. 5 Star Experience. First time used car buyer, and out of state, so doing everything virtually and was understandably a little nervous about the whole process. Great experience working with Dave, upfront and transparent about the rebuilt title from the onset. Provided context, photos, autocheck reports to evaluate and diligence. Very easy to arrange a 3rd party inspection, lots of nearby garages and was done in a day. Pricing and terms were much simpler, transparent and way more competitive than any of the new car dealerships I spoke with. Would definitely recommend to friend and will be back for our next car as well.
