Excellent Service Department: Very Caring & Competent!

I wish I could give Bomnin Chevrolet Service Dpt 10 Stars! Unlike, Pohanka Chevrolet in Chantilly, Mr. Rob Brown (Service Manager at Bomnin) Adam, Barbara, Albert and I???m sure others in this team, went above and beyond their responsibilities, to make sure that, when I picked my car up, it would be safe for my son and I to drive. The multiple, complex and ongoing issues of this vehicle, since I bought it new, at Pohanka, Chantilly Dealership, clearly should have been diagnosed and resolved by Pohanka dealership during one of the multiple times I took the car to them with these issues. Unfortunately, their lack of concern for my family???s safety, their incompetent way of doing business, put us in harms way while driving this car many times; causing me tremendous level of fear and anxiety for a long long time. Bomnin Service Department treated me with dignity, respect and great consideration; took time to hear carefully my concerns and fear as I explained what others would not care to hear at PC Svc Dpt. Pohanka???s team, made me feel I was making up the ongoing problems with my car and were very inconsiderate when I had a loaner and was afraid to drive my car with all the unresolved issues. THANK YOU so much Bomnin Chevrolet at Manassas Service Department, I will never forget your patience (Mr. Brown, reaching out to GM on my behalf, so they would cover the repairs...and great kindness (Adam, Barbara) and would not let me get in the car when it was not safe (that meant so much to me Albert) you All are really good folks who have helped reconsider Chevrolet in general and I will start bringing my car to your location for service, from now on! Thank you, very very much for diagnosing and fixing my car; for giving my family the peace of mind, we had not felt for a long time when driving car... May God bless you!
