Used 2020 RAM 1500 Big Horn/Lone Star trucks for sale near Mesquite, TX

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

I give 5+ stars to this dealership. We accompanied our granddaughter to purchase her first car. Kim was the sales associate. She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. Everyone was so helpful and the finance department explained the paperwork in a way a first-time car buyer could understand. I definitely recommend Autos of Forney!

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

This is about my 7th Ram, and it does not disappoint. Excellent fuel economy, quiet, very smooth and comfortable. I have 60,000km and zero issues.

Suave was our salesperson, he is friendly, funny and courteous. Salesperson , manager and finance person were very professional and respectful of my time and money. This dealership is quite a distance from my home but I’d happily return for another great deal on a vehicle.

I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

I decided to buy a Jeep and found one on cars.com. I reached out and was connected with ?JC? and set up a time to go and look. I bought it that day. JC was so awesome. He was honest and not pushy. My son and I drove from Arlington to Rowlett to view a truck. Cory, the sales person, met us outside. We looked at the truck somewhat and my son and I test drove the truck. We liked the truck but didn’t make a decision that day. We went back a couple of days later and looked truck over again with more time. Found a few more cosmetic issues but nothing major. We were told if purchased that if something happened to truck within 30 days to bring it back and they will fix the problem. We purchased the truck that day. After having the truck for one day, the radio would not work correctly. We took the truck back and they corrected the problem with buying a new head unit for the radio system. It took a couple of days, got it back and all seems to be working correctly. The facility is nice and clean. Cory had an outgoing personality. This company does more than just sell cars. They will do consignment sales and locate you a vehicle as well. My biggest beef with this place and apparently all other dealerships is the extra prep fee that is added to the price that is not included in the advertised price on the internet. However, this place was the least amount of added fees that I have experienced. Overall we had a good experience with Cory and finance department. I may consider this place for next purchase.

I always bring my GMC truck in for service at Ed Morse. I like the service and the people who work there. My service dog even like the people as well

My battery died when I could not drive for a few weeks. My garden is full of wood working tools plus my car. So I could not jump start and I did not have a battery charger. I called Toyota for help. They assigned one of their home service repair teams who came the following day. They fixed the problem and I was driving my care again. I was very satisfied with their service

My experience there was a good one, customer service was awesome and it is a long process to buy a vehicle but they made it go by quickly. Finance officer was awesome as well. They need to clean up the showroom its old and needs a deep cleaning
