INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXCELLENT SALES STAFF!!!! We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!
Scott Alter and Don Randall were great to work with... they help me diagnose the noise issue with my 2015 F150 and got the problem fixed within one day. Couldn’t be happier to know those two and would recommend any service needs to AutoNation.
The service staff was very attentive and patient with all my questions. Naiomi worked very hard with the help of Don to replace a back-up video mirror in my truck. They received approval to replace it from the warranty people, however, it was an after market product and it was explained to me that each dealership uses their own outside after market company in their nearby area. Therefore, they were not able to obtain the proper information to complete the job. I would have thought since I was told from the Burleson dealership that I could go to any Auto Nation and have work performed. If the warranty company covers all Auto Nation stores why isn't there some sort of way inter connect with other dealers to avoid this problem. I drove into Frisco thinking I was going to have a couple of problems taken care of and instead I was there about four hours and ended up with a simple oil change and a tire patch. Naiomi stayed in constant contact with me, however, the problem ended up being out of your control. I live in Rowlett and quite frankly I don't want to make a nearly 200 mile round trip to solve this problem. Now, I am left to resolve this problem on my own due to what I believe is a lack of responsibility and true customer service from the warranty company. Once again I have no problem with your service department. Everyone was very polite and as helpful as they could be. I understand it is not easy to have to tell a customer: "I'm sorry but I can't do anything for you." Thank you for taking the time to read my long winded review.
Had a great experience process was quick real laid back no pressure buying process love it they let me take the car to get check out by my own tech or dealership they fix the issues that my tech had found wrong with the car

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
It's a small dealership & all the people in the Service Dept know me. They don't push anything on me that I don't want to have done. They are honest. For example, if I tell them you rotate the tires & they don't need to be rotated, they tell me. This is the first dealership I have ever used for routine service on my car and I will continue to use them. I have already recommended them to one person who bought a vehicle from them.
My salesman, Seth, was very helpful and very efficient with our time. He walked me through everything on my new Yukon XL Denali. And Bill, who handled the finance end of the deal, was also efficient with time, and made sure I understood what I was signing. I've bought several vehicles from various dealerships, and I have to say, this was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car!
My husband and I recently lost both of our vehicles due to the 2016 flooding in louisiana! My husband had a lifted vehicle so we knew we wanted another one. We started looking online for lifted vehicles and came across this dealership. We saw numerous ones we were interested in and made the decision to make the trip to Fort Worth to check them out. Our salesman Sergio was amazing. He was very patient and thorough with us. If you are looking for a lifted vehicle this is the only place you need to shop! I would definitely come back here to buy another vehicle😀

Like most of my friends I hate the car buying dealership dance, and really have to put myself in a "mood" to start the process. Fortunately, I went to the former O.P. Jeep, now owned by the Reed Group. Frank and Terry in Sales, Josh the Sales Manager and Dan in the Title and Finance Dept. were all excellent to work with. I am a Realtor and had limited time -- I knew generally what I wanted and all 4 gentlemen, without any hesitation, were extremely professional, respected my time and listened to what I needed in a car -- suggested valid choices and worked with me on a fair transaction that was a win/win for both parties. The follow through has been great, seamless delivery of the car; timely and professional -- I never felt like I was being delayed or my time wasted. I whole-heartedly recommend Reed Jeep/Chrysler at 8775 Metcalf -- I will also service my car with Reed -- if it was just one of their sales contacts that was impressive it would be surprising, but all 4 gentlemen who I interacted with were very service/customer oriented and I couldn't be happier to recommend them - before you buy, give Reed a shot at your business. I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.
