I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

The personnel at the dealership were all very friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with the trade in value I was given and with the vehicle I purchased.

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

This is about my 7th Ram, and it does not disappoint. Excellent fuel economy, quiet, very smooth and comfortable. I have 60,000km and zero issues.

I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

Overall we had a good experience. Easy to schedule appointment. No pressure Test drive at length. No last minute Additional fees added. Unfortunately they had just received the car and it was snowing the days before therefore they were not able to pick up on some things like Cracked screen. They did offer discount in price but we felt it was not enough therefore deal did not go through. Kim kate was really helpful and friendly.

Your team is Awesome! I was traveling to see Grandchildren when my engine light came on 3 hours from home. I was not sure if you could do anything to help me on a Saturday. Pulling in, I was greeted with a welcome and a smile by an enthusiastic salesman, Nick! He led me in to speak with James and he pulled my Suburban in for the inspection. Nick checked on me several times while I was there. James was polite and efficient. He explained the process to assess the problem and afterwards let me know the needed repairs. I was so excited to know that you had the parts and could get it fixed while I waited. I went to nearby restaurant for a late lunch while the service team worked their magic. James called to let me know it was ready. I was relieved to have it repaired and happily back on the road by late afternoon. I was back in Abilene by 8:00 PM and still had my Sunday to get ready for a busy week! They were also able to change my oil while I was there, which saved me some time this week. Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.

The service was outstanding in getting approval to fix the problem ond getting the work done. Chris in the Service department worked very hard to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
