Charles (C.J.) and I scheduled a time to meet this Saturday. He was prepared to meet with me that morning. We drove several cars to make sure I was receiving the car that would be best for my family. The trade-in value we received for our two cars was generous, and I received the employee discount that is being advertised right now. Even the monthly payment is reasonable. Thanks, Sunshine Chevy!
First time using eGolf. Took care of my service quickly without an appointment. Staff very friendly. Will use them again for my Ford Ranger and Lincoln car.
I had an alternator problem and didn't make it to Asheville before breaking down on I-40. The service department called a wrecker for me and in 45minutes I was at the dealership. They confirmed the diagnosis, ordered the part for tomorrow, and gave me a loaner car to get home. I couldn't have asked for more and Josh followed up on every detail to make sure I knew what to expect and made sure I was on my way in short order. Thank You! David

I have owned 5 GMC Sierra Denali's and really loved those trucks but the 2019 Ram Limited is on a whole other level. The 5.7 is slightly slower than the 6.2 but in every other category the Ram is superior. I am very pleased with this truck.
This truck is the nicest vehicle I have ever driven. It’s beautiful to look at from the outside in. It’s extremely comfortable to drive, but also feels like a truck.

4WD Hemi 1500. Just returned from trip from north Ala to Lancaster, PA and back. Interstate, highway and local sightseeing. I average 22.4 miles per gallon. I routinely average between 20 and 21 mpg. Truck has a 3.23 rear axle. Performance/ nimbleness is outstanding. Love this truck. Bought last August.
Late last evening we drove home in our new 2016 Nissan Rogue SL with cayenne color. We compared the Rogue to a few other cars in the same class including the Mazda CX-5. Although we liked the look of the CX-3 and CX-5 more than the Rogue, there was an immediate recognition that the driveability of the Rogue was quite superior. Mark Filleman was our salesperson and we sure resonated with his low key information delivering and his honest approach. Mark, the manager, was good to deal with, too, and really didn't give us the good cop bad cop schtick. The business manager Zaine was efficient and quick with a nice personna to back it up. We rate our experience a 5 Star - thanks...Bernie & Sandy

My Chevy with apex 350 HP V8 4x2 was nearly always in the range of 21 MPG, where my 2018 Ram is running about 19 MPG, but is 5.7, and has 4x4, making it a bit heavier, plus about 50 more HP. The Silverado was quick, but the Ram hauls! Learning to keep my foot out of fast...
We make an annual trip of about 1000 miles back and forth to COfrom Tucson AZ, will be interesting to see how it does for MPG on highway.
Looked closely at the 19s, but purchased a slightly used 18, saving us about 10,000. Am questioning the wisdom of not getting the19, with latest technology?? Bottom line, darned hard to beat an exceptional truck! My toughest adjustment is the hockey puck transmission selector. I nearly purchased a Ram when I purchased the Silverado, but didn’t like the puck, I was correct, still hate it, lowest part of the truck! I’d pay more to have a traditional gear selector!!
We traveled from Tennesse to look a Dodge Caliber we found online. Ryan was extremely helpfull online and not dealer pushy that I dont like to deal with. We are thrilled with the car and would gladly do business with him again.
Easiest trade we've ever made! This was our 7th vehicle purchase with Egolf. Coach Essenburg was awesome!

The 2019 Ram 1500 crew cab Rebel with air suspension, 12" nav display, and the 5.7 Hemi is pretty nice.
Pros: comfort, usb-c that quick charges front and back, easy to use nav system, comfortable ride (with caveats), nice convenience features like rain sensing wipers, etc. Awesome sunroof, great styling inside and out. Oh yeah, easy tailgate. Soft down and easy up. Electronic latch. I know that's low on the list but I sure is nice.
Cons: ride is not good in aero suspension setting. Have to turn off that feature. Fuel economy is terrible. Typical 11-13 mpg. If someone says it is higher they are either not using it in traffic or they are lying. The back up emergency braking is jarring and over sensitive to the point of being terrible and unusable.
I think the rebel is awesome, and the air suspension is a must. But get nerf bars because waiting for it to raise and lower every time you get out or in is not reasonable. It's not so much a con, but bears mentioning.
Reliability is anyone's guess, obviously. It is a strong truck. Transmission shifts very smoothly.
In the rebel you lose the 4-wheel auto setting, which is a really nice thing to have. My old ram had it and I got into the habit of using it in the rain when I wasn't hauling anything.
I do not like the super luxury trucks typically, but the Rebel trim is a great compromise. You get the rubber floor mats standard, reasonable off road capability (face it that's needed even if you don't go mudding), and while it is indeed a"pretty" truck, it can get down to business without you worrying you are going to scratch your Sunday go to meetin' vehicle. I opted for a drop in bedliner which I personally feel does a better job of protecting against dents.
In the end, you don't need my or anyone else's review to decide on a new ram. They are excellent vehicles. Far better fit and finish than any Ford, far better materials and comfort than any Chevy. Not that I'm a religious purist about it, but then again, I bought mine because my last truck was a ram. My next one might or might not be. For now, they are a clear winner.
I went to a Vic Bailey in Spartanburg and was told that was there best price and it would be impossible to get my payments as low as I wanted. I went back to Benson and they didn???t even know what Vic Bailey had offered the price was 1000 dollars cheaper and they got my payments where I wanted them. The car comes with resistall so any stain is covered for the next seven years. Jacob Nolan was super nice and awesome. The manager came out because Jacob is new to the dealership and was a little pushy but I feel like that???s a little expected when trying to leave without buying a car. But all this to say Jacob is awesome they have really good deals and are definitely there to serve the community.

This car is better than my expectations , roomy , quick
Room for the family and the two large dogs
Hauls anything and everything.
Love everything about this truck
I got an absolute steal on a low mileage lifted Tacoma that's the envy of all who behold its magnificence. I couldn't be more proud of my truck, or more pleased with Sam & Dave's. I contacted Sam & Dave's through their website and got a response from Jonathan within hours. I called him and told him which of his trucks caught my eye, expressing that it was near but not quite within my budget. He was direct and no-nonsense in responding with the lowest price he could offer, with no sales pressure whatsoever. I struggled over the next week to find a better deal on the same truck anywhere from Southwest Virginia to South Florida, both from auto dealers and from private owners. I couldn't. My credit union loan agent was even impressed with the price. Jonathan continued to honor the price he quoted me with steadfast honesty. There were no doc fees or any other unpleasant surprises: the price he quoted was the exact dollar amount of the check he accepted (not including tax and tags of course, which I'll handle at the county clerk's office back here in TN). He even agreed without debate to fill up the gas tank, give it a wash, and replace a missing tire valve stem cap while we completed the sale. A few people have given Sam & Dave's unfavorable reviews. Most seem to come from customers expecting the reliability of a new Honda from cars of unreasonable age or mileage. Caveat emptor, people. If your budget is less than 10 grand, you're going to end up with someone else's problems. On the other hand, if you limit your choices to vehicles with low mileage, I think you'll be pleased with Sam and Dave's.

The Ram Bighorn is a very nice looking vehicle, with the performance require. The interior is comfortable and all euipment easy to use. Thr Ram has the ride of a Cadilac.
My husband and I had researched in depth the 2016 Ford Edge. We had decided to visit two or three dealerships that had cars that fit our requirements. One was Taylor Ford. In summary the buying experience was a pleasure. We first met Mr. Gordon Prince, the sales manager. He greeted us with a smile and relaxed disposition. I had called him earlier and told him that we wanted a knowledgeable salesman.
Upon arriving he introduced us to Mr. Sean Cash. Mr. Cash showed us the car we were interested in purchasing. He answered a myriad of questions. You intuitively felt his sincerity. Mr. Cash and Mr. Prince worked hard to put together the purchase of a car that met our needs and at a very competitive price. They went the extra mile.
When we picked up the car Mr. Cash spent a great deal of time reviewing the technical features which can be overwhelming. He was kind, patient, and presented the information in a simple and understandable manner. This was greatly appreciated. We have bought many cars over our lifetime.
Taylor Ford was one of the best experiences. You felt like you were dealing with friends. The customer service was outstanding. Mr. Cash encouraged us several times to call him with any questions. We will certainly recommend Mr. Prince and Mr. Cash to our friends and family.
We have been married 51 years and are both retired professionals.

The all new 2019 Ram 1500 is beautifully designed and engineered as long as you are wanting to spend $58,000 on a piece of yard art. I hope that you enjoy spend a lot of time at your local dealership where you purchased it because it will either be sitting in your yard or at the dealership. I purchased mine on 1/18/19 which was the day the problems began. I noticed a damaged trim piece and I called it to the salespersons attention who in turn got the body shop manager involved. They said they would take care of the issue. When we went to sign the papers no we owe for the trim piece. Oh yeah, I forgot about that, after reminding them the paperwork was filled out. Well, it only took 3 times of ordering the part and trips to the dealer to get the proper piece put on. No big deal, its installed. The real problems started six days after I purchased the truck. Here comes the first recall in the mail. This one has to do with an intermittent steering failure due to a faulty ground connection. No parts in stock. Have to order it. Parts comes in, I have to take it back to have the work performed. Then almost 30 days later here comes the second recall notice in the mail. This one was for the brake pedal that could possibly fall off if you use the adjustable pedals. Again, no parts in stock. Have to order and be put on a waiting list. After several calls to FCA, and being hung up on one of those times, I was told that the repair parts were being issued to dealers in limited quantities. Can’t slow down production to take care of current customer issues, now can we? FCA advised me in the meantime, just don’t use the adjustable pedals. Of course, I already had, and the vehicle will be safe to drive. I don’t know about you but I’m not willing to risk driving a vehicle that the brake pedal could possibly fall off of because a customer service rep from FCA tells me it’s safe. I still haven’t been able to figure out how intermittent steering loss and the possibly of your brake pedal falling off is safe but I digress. FCA did give me four free oil changes for my trouble. SCORE!!! Then the front brakes would squeal terribly during stopping. Apparently, this is a known issue as there is a service bulletin on the condition. The solution, replace both front brake calipers and pads. That’s right, all new front brakes. Mind you there are only 2300 miles on the truck. Most of which was going to and from the dealer. The other issue is the speed adjustable volume can barely be heard at all. Why is the volume adjustment inadequate you ask? The reason the service advisor gave me was because the active noise control module is interfering with the speed adjustable volume. FCA has designed two systems that interfere with each other and installed them on a vehicle. The current solution to this? Use the steering wheel controls to adjust the volume. Service said they tested other 2019 Ram’s on the lot and they all display the same condition so it’s not really a problem. By that logic if every engine explodes at 5000 miles then it’s not really a problem because hey, they all do it. I spent an extra $4,595.00 for the level 2 equipment group and another $1,095.00 for the 12-inch display and this is the answer I get. Completely unacceptable. I have been buying Dodge Ram’s since 2001, which is still on the road, and this by far is the worst Ram I have ever purchased. Three months in with these many issues I don’t want to think of what is next. If you are in need of a new truck now, stay as far away from the Ram as possible. I should have gone with my gut feeling and spent the extra money and bought the Ford. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble and buy something else. Time to see if I can get FCA to hang up on me again.
Great sales and service. Cleanest and best variety of used vehicles around! From online to the lot, the buying experience was comfortable and simple. I am very pleased with the quality and value of the vehicle purchased.

I have been driving Ford F150 Pick ups for the past 12 years, and this 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie, blows them all away, when looking at new pick ups the Ford has not changed, except to get worse, the interior is now very plasticity and the truck seems old and antiquated. The Ram is all new, rides so much better, looks better, my V-8 has more power than my old Fords turbo V-6 and I am getting 22 mpg, the options are unbelievable with a reclining rear seat and a huge 12" touchscreen that operates everything. The Ram has the Ford beat on payment in a big way, I Saved $40 a month for all New compared to Old and outdated

The new Hemi 5.7 L vat engine is a work of art. Power performance and oh so quiet. The air suspension gives it the smoothest of rides.
About a 18 months ago, my wife stopped by McKinney Dodge because she was frustrated with the rag top on a 2012 jeep Sahara we had bought a few years ago (from a dealer in Florida). The rear windows would not stay put and would often "open up" while traveling at highway speeds. A salesman, with nothing to gain, took more than 30 mins to take them off and reinstall them, showing her how, along the way, how to install them so they would stay put. She was so impressed by his kindness and helpfullness she instised that if I every decided to buy a new truck, I must talk to this man. His name, Paul Thomas. A few months ago I started exploring buying a new truck for our business. Yesterday, I did. Today, we are the proud owner of a beautiful 2017 Ram Limited 2500 and I could not be happier with Mr. Thomas, the dealership and the expierence. If you're in the market market for a new vehicle, It will be your loss if you do not give Paul Thomas and the team at McKinney Dodge a chance to win your business.

My boys love it.
Emailed and texted back and forth with Mike Henry for at least 2 months looking for the perfect Jeep, everything I found kept getting sold before I could get there (live in NC), yesterday the most perfect Jeep was available and I was able to take home about an hour after arriving. Mike happened to be busy and Wesley stepped in and made the process so smooth and easy and FAST!!! I couldn't be more pleased with the team here, thank you to ALL! I LOVE my new Jeep!! I'll certainly be back 😃

Absolutely love my new truck. A head turner every time I drive it. It’s pure luxury and power with the amazing Hemi. Tap the gas and you’re gone!!
This was my first time buying a car and I was so nervous. I'm a single mom barely making ends meet, but I needed a car to fit my lifestyle and carrying a baby around. The guys here were so helpful, any questions I had between the differences in the cars, they answered and I was able to understand them (I am not a car person at all). I was most concerned about price and what my monthly payment would be, but still wanted a nice and more modern car. I ended up being able to get a 2016 Jeep and I was able to know that I can afford my monthly payment. I know I had to have been a pain because I had so many questions, I was so nervous, it was just something I've never done before. The guys really tried to make me feel more relaxed, gave me all sorts of options and let me choose what I would be able to afford. There was no pressure to buy something out of my price range, they were genuinely happy and excited for me that I was happy and able to get a car I really really liked. I will always come here to get my car serviced and to buy my cars when I am in the market again down the road. I couldn't imagine a better first experience!
