We had a wonderful experience when we went into Ken Garf auto in West Valley. They had taken into count what the whole family wanted in a new car and provide 2 cars that we all fell in love with. The sales team of Cory who showed us the vehicles and made sure that we liked what we saw, Matt and Josh that did the finace. We ended up purchasing the 2016 Kia Sportage, this fits the whole family's needs. #KENGARFFUSED#PAYFORMYCAR
My dad spent hours and hours searching the web for a very nice car at a great price. He found one that was located at a Hertz dealership at Minnesota that was a phenomenal value for a fairly new Toyota Camry, exactly what we were looking for. It was 1000 dollars cheaper than most comparable Camrys. Hertz was phenomenal to work with, getting the car out to us in 1 day from when we purchased it and the car was in phenomenal condition, just like they???d promised us it would be!
About a month ago we came down to KIA Sorento. We looked at 2 vehicles that were available at the time with Skylar Martin who had just moved into the area with his dad who is part of the new management. Skylar did not push us or try to sell us a new car. Instead he understood our need and let us take a gray Sorento (now sold) so that I could test drive it and see if it would work out as a vehicle of choice. We were able to meet his dad who understood our desire to wait for a personal loan to come through. I would highly recommend this dealership based on others that we have been to and say that it is worth doing business with if you can find the right vehicle of your choice.
I went only for an oil change and was informed of a recall on the DEF system. I was informed that the truck could go into limp mode and I had 200 miles to get it to a service center. Since I live 150 miles from the dealership Danny worked extra hard to squeeze me in and get it done at the same time as the oil change saving me an extra trip.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
My wife and I both liked the Outlander PHEV so much we both wanted one. We sent them and offer with prices for our existing car and what we would pay the PHEV. They called back a few days later excepting the offer and had all the paper work ready to go when we showed up. The transaction was smooth and deal was exactly what we had requested (first time as dealers typically try to pull a fast one lowering the car price with the trade in).
If they did a little renovation, it would be a fantastic dealership. It's beyond dated though. That's is the only down side.

I just leased my new 2016 GMC Canyon from Gill Buick GMC Cadillac and I have to say not only I love my new truck, but the service was outstanding. My rep. Brent Peart was very professional and very patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions on the truck, lease options and truck options. The whole process was no pressure at all. Scott Bazil, the team's sales manager, was very nice and looked for ways to fit the truck I wanted into my budget. And Rosalind Larson, the best and funniest Finance Manager, I have ever dealt with was awesome. She made the final process of the lease a breeze. She took the time to explain the lease program in detail to me, went over all the paper work with me in detail, and was patient in answering all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase "additional items" like those "warranty" plans for the paint, carpet, and who know what else. LOL!! From start to finish, I was treated like an old friend. This has been THE BEST vehicle purchase I have ever had. Please, if you're shopping around, try them. I think you will find in Gill Automotive Group, they are honest, patient, and no gimmicks type of people.....just down to earth, open, honest, and wanting to help people get fitted with the right vehicle. I know you won't regret the trip. Just ask for Brent and his team and they'll take care of you!
My mom and I were in the market to purchase a vehicle for my Dad who commutes about 200 miles a day . We weren't really sure what we were looking for but Geno (the salesman) pointed us towards the right direction ! All it took was a Hello and he immediately put us in the right car . We ended up purchasing a 2015 Certified Golf TDI , we were skeptical at first because of the whole Diesel Gate incident but Geno made sure we had nothing to worry about . He owned a TDI himself! He was honest and very well informed . He showed us every little feature and even helped us when the Def Fluid light turned on a few weeks after purchase . We are happily getting 46 MPG cruising at 80mph!
The response from the salesman were very prompt and friendly. I received a couple emails about a Subaru, which I am still interested in I just need time to review my options and not 100% ready to buy just yet.
Great Experience. Great sales staff. Great vehicle.

We live in Rocklin and naturally chose to go in to Roseville Automall Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler dealership. They were unwilling to even budge or reconsider their quoted price and APR% rate. However, we should have known this as it happened previously in 2014 when we were trying to buy a vehicle with this same dealership; so we put off buying a car until the time felt right. So, after leaving the Roseville Jeep dealership we contacted Costco who had an agent available to do online bidding - this was a good experience if you haven't checked it out, however, we still weren't given the price or APR% we were wanting. Then came Chris Estrada from Elk Grove Dodge/Chrysle/Jeep, the internet salesman my husband contacted online. Chris didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear he really worked with us in our price, APR%, and vehicle trade-in....no hassles, no games, no slimy sales-pitches - just a legitimate sale and he worked diligently with us to make sure we got what we wanted in terms of vehicle, price, and APR%. We ended up getting the Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4 for less than what Roseville was offering us for just the Jeep Cherokee Sport (not 4x4). We also ended up getting almost 2.5 points lower in APR% as well. We even traded in our vehicle and he was willing to meet at least halfway in our asking price. This experience couldn't have gone any better or smoother. We highly recommend Elk Grove (don't even bother with Roseville, seriously). And, ask for Chris Estrada, a legitimate salesman.

We had our Town & Country Chrysler in for several problems that appeared over the last year. Since we have the extended warranty, all the work on problems were fixed with one small deduction. Greg Stebins, our service manager and general service manager, Brian, were fabulous. They set up a rental car and kept us up to date of the progress, as many parts had to be ordered. We also had an oil change and some other service and the interior detailed. Wow!, the car looked like new inside. I recommend these folks to take care of your car's issues.
We stopped in Metro Ford the other day and I must say how impressed I was with the friendly inviting atmosphere. The salesman that approached us was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding me towards a vehicle to fit my needs. My husband and I recently lost both of our vehicles due to the 2016 flooding in louisiana! My husband had a lifted vehicle so we knew we wanted another one. We started looking online for lifted vehicles and came across this dealership. We saw numerous ones we were interested in and made the decision to make the trip to Fort Worth to check them out. Our salesman Sergio was amazing. He was very patient and thorough with us. If you are looking for a lifted vehicle this is the only place you need to shop!
