Stopped in to get my first oil change for my Ram 1500 Big Horn - they were done before I sat down. Great service, Josh Galiher was great! I will definitely bring my truck back for additional service.
I wouldn't buy anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and treats you like family! My 2nd vehicle from here and will be my go to dealer for any and everything.
My wife and I were in the market for a 3 row crossover after her previous car was going to require more maintenance than the car was worth. We were recommended to Marburger Chrysler by my wife's father who has been purchasing from them for years. I spoke with Chad and he asked me what we were looking for, what our budget was, what were key features we needed to have. He found a new Dodge Journey that had the key features we needed and was able to work it in at a very competitive price. He also provided us with a used vehicle that met the same requirements, but would have been less expensive. There was no pressure on us to purchase and Chad, Matt, and Mike were all very helpful and seemed focused on getting us what we needed versus trying to put us in a vehicle we didn't want. A side note, we were also working with them from a state away in which they covered sending a driver down to us (in South Carolina on the Georgia border) with the new vehicle and took my wife's trade in back up. In a few years when I'm looking at replacing my car I will definitely be heading back to Marburger Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Obviously this is my personal experience, but I do recommend them highly.

It???s an age reference so that the reader knows I???m a (mostly) adult person who is old enough to remember those kooky gals on the t.v that wasn???t flat. Or, I could be a 25 year old man-child living in my parents??? basement binge-watching ???80s re-runs while lounging on a 1970s couch carelessly eating stale Cheetos and wondering what shall become of my life. But The Facts of Life are on next so life goals don???t particularly matter right now. It???s the internet so you don???t know. You???re just going to have to trust me that I???m not the guy on the couch and I???m pretty o.k. at this adulting thing. But you know what matters right now, my dear readers? Being able to purchase a car from a good dealership. Well, that doesn???t really apply to the aforementioned guy on the couch because he needs to learn that you take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have, the facts of life. Speaking of good, Gastonia Dodge is good. Like Friday night pizza and a pint of ice cream while watching Dateline in your jammies good. That means it was really good. From the moment I spoke to Sam I felt like I was more than just a potential sale; more than just dollar signs. I had a budget and needed a reliable used car to sell all my meth. What? Just checking to see if you???re still reading this. I needed a reliable used car to transport me to and fro my responsible and legal job. And to take my miniature primate (child) to school, the park, and various other places children frequent. Sam was personable and genuine. I had visited another dealership the day before and I walked away ashamed and embarrassed of myself and my budget and my fly wasn???t even down nor did I have toilet paper dangling precariously from my foot. I wasn???t treated like a person, I was nothing. But not here. Sam treated me with respect and there was an air of friendliness throughout the entire dealership; it hung in the air like a crisp Lysol scent from a freshly cleaned bathroom. Speaking of bathrooms, you shan???t be treated like fecal matter at this dealership. Sam took the time to listen. Everything about him was genuine from the second he answered the phone until I drove away in my beautiful Jeep. He knew I am a struggling single mother with a budget and he cared. His humor is a wonderful gift and he helped me feel quite at home in the dealership. I imagine if I had friends it would be very much like my time at the dealership. The atmosphere itself is soothing from the warmth of the carpet to the spike of Sam???s hair. All employees there were genuinely friendly. I am repeatedly using the term ???genuine??? because none of the employees were fake like my breasts. What? There you are, you???re still with me. Brad, the finance paperwork man (that???s a technical term) was wonderful as well. The beautiful thing about Brad is that he doesn???t cowpoop. He tells you exactly what the numbers mean and why they are there. Underneath his dealership-issued polo beats a heart of non-cowpoop gold. And so I say to you, my dear readers who are not watching The Facts of Life right now, if you are in the market for a vehicle please consider going to Gastonia Dodge. Sam and Brad were the absolute best and I am so happy. I never thought I could ever own a car that wasn???t around before the invention of the McRib. And now I do. Thank you so much, Sam and Brad.
Was searching for a car for my daughter. Looked online and found great cars . Set up test drives through the internet department. Arrived at dealership met manager Chris who was very knowledgeable and I felt at ease immediately. Introduced to sales David who was patient and let my daughter test drive a few cars. Not pushy, patient and,most of all I feel like I got a great deal and perfect 2017 Sentra for my daughter. Thanks again Dave and rte 33 for a great experience!

We rated excellent for the great quality of work of the Salesman Jack Yanisch, for helping us to have our own purchased used cars. We arrived 4pm last Oct.13,2018. We know that shop closed at 5pm. But we need the car ASAP that day coz' I need to go to work Sunday morning. Jack Yanisch helps us a lot for this. From selecting used cars and helping us the best way to have a financing terms for this. Thank God, with Jack's great help, and the best package for financing terms at Finance Dept. We got our new purchased 2010 Chevrolet Equinox. Done 7pm. We appreciate much Jack Yanisch that he never leave us until we got our new Chevvy car. Keep up the good job well done! I went here to get a recall repaired on a preowned car i bought from another dealer and this service department was exceptional. I mean the customer service was way beyond top notch and they were very thorough. There was no benefit in my being there for them. I didnt buy my car there and it was a recall so it was of no cost to me. Yet they treated me as if i was in there spending a million dollars. Just really great service. I definately will be back for future business. Kudos to everyone who helped me. Sonny was my point of contact and everyone in between are definately an asset to this company....
Morgan was amazing. I had been looking for a car for about 2 months. I went to stateline jeep and was about to buy from them, but the unprofessionalism was insane. Called in to morgan told him I could be in the doors of the Gladstone dealership within the hour. I ended up buying that night, and the staffed stayed late. Now they're cleaning it and adding navigation, told me it was going to take a few hours. Let me take a vehicle so I wouldn't have to wait. I'm currently writing this review from a pedicure massage chair. Can't talk about how great the service! Also, Dan (the financial advisor) was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel secure in my first car buying decision.
Bought a cheap used truck, but Deanna provided outstanding customer service. All the paperwork was ready to go, and the truck was exactly as described. I couldn't be happier!

Had recall on passenger side air bag set up an appointment for the following Wednesday at 7:30 am. The staff was very friendly and got to my truck in a timely manner and nice waiting area while they done repairs. Thanks All Star.

In the couple years I've owned my Dodge Charger, I've had it serviced at two different dealers., AutoNation Dodge and the Hyundai dealer where I bought it as a used car. Having to get some recall work done on it required that I take it to the Dodge dealer instead of the Hyundai dealer. It was also due for some scheduled maintenance, which I decided to have taken care of. When the service rep., Jake T. drew up the service order, I knew that there were some items on it that I had taken care of at the other dealer. I just wasn't sure which ones they were. Jake was kind enough to call the other dealer's service department and update the record, saving me almost $800 in redundant services. Thanks Jake!
Driving from placerville to laguna hills it was 3:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon , needing to get to family reunion by 5 pm Friday,and started having transmission problems about 30 miles north of Bakersfield- called the local dealer and they said have walk in service till 4:30 pm- nursed our 2009 Altima there about 4:00pm - Ariel our service promptly reviewed the issue and said they could not diagnose the problem till Friday however arranged a loaner car at no cost until Monday- and were back on the road by 6he also checked our VIN number and were shocked when he informed us the transmission warranty had been doubled to 10 years or 120k miles- we had 95k- we originally planned to return Sunday but stayed in LA till Monday morning- by Sat morning transmission replacement was required and approved as warranty repair and was already removed when we talked then at noon and service manager Chris said would be ready for pick up Monday afternoon at no cost including car rental! They also corrected the steering lock recall under warranty and washed the car as well. We made our family reunion on time, had over 5K in warranty costs completed and were only delayed by one day and the only cost was an extra hotel night! Also I was thinking of letting the transmission cool and trying to get over the grapevine thinking We could be stuck in Southern CA for a week waiting for repairs however Ariel thought they could get the problem fixed by end of day Monday and loaner was no cost either way and finding out about the warranty- it was a no brainer, even if it took a day or two longer. Received a call at 1 pm Monday that car was ready- picked it up and were on our way. Want to thank everyone at Nissan of Bakersfield - service people, mechanics and support staff for going above and beyond to make this happen for us.
We're very friendly tried so hard to get me the deal, that I needed to get me to take the SUV Rouge home and I was very Happy Thank You Happy Birthday to me..😋
