Just brought my wife's Jeep in for 1st service, service manager told me to sit at her desk, asked for my keys, drove my Jeep in and then came back to take all my information. She told me exactly what was going to happen & how long it would take, that's what I call service!! They are super friendly here!! Bruce
I had my oil changed at Bald Hill Dodge through their Express Lane service. I was able to drop my Jeep off on a Saturday afternoon, and I received the call that it was done 30 minutes later. Convenience and fast service - great job, Bald Hill!
Car buying can be time consuming and anxiety ridden, but not at Falveys! I visited many dealerships in my car search, but came back to Falveys. "Crazy" Eddie, my salesperson, was honest and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. While providing me with all the information I needed, there was never a hard sell approach. I never felt rushed or pressured. Once I decided on the vehicle, Eddie and the Falvey team worked with me to make it happen, right through coordinating with my bank of choice, registration and an orientation and set up of features in my new (to me ) Jeep. Thanks "Crazy" Eddie for making me a Jeep girl!
I just bought a 2013 Ram 1500 hemi Express quad cab from this dealership. My salesman Country Al was awesome. He made the deal quick and easy. I knew what I wanted and he hooked me up with it. Philip, the gentleman who took care of my loan process was awesome too. I also appreciate the great job the lot attendant did driving my girlfriend's car to her job. He was very professional and friendly. I'm sorry I forgot your name but thanks man! I didn't feel like I was walking into a car dealership where they were going to try to scam me into a brand new vehicle. If you're looking to buy a new or used vehicle I really recommend Secor Dodge Jeep Chrysler New London.
We just purchased a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from Tim Malzahn at Falvey's Motors and couldn’t be happier on the overall experience. We worked closely with Tim, Greg (sales manager) & Charlie (finance manager) to make this deal come together and after dealing with them, being caring and willing to listen to our needs getting to know us, it was an easy decision to purchase this Jeep from Falvey’s!
Coming from Mass it was a short easy ride just down rt. 395.
After taking delivery of our vehicle, Tim has followed up by calling us making sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns with our new Jeep.
Thank you for allowing us to become part of your Falvey’s family that everyone else has experience.
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.
I have owned 5 GMC Sierra Denali's and really loved those trucks but the 2019 Ram Limited is on a whole other level. The 5.7 is slightly slower than the 6.2 but in every other category the Ram is superior. I am very pleased with this truck.

Traded my 2015 Chevy Silverado V8 5.3, 6 spd, 4x2,

My Chevy with apex 350 HP V8 4x2 was nearly always in the range of 21 MPG, where my 2018 Ram is running about 19 MPG, but is 5.7, and has 4x4, making it a bit heavier, plus about 50 more HP. The Silverado was quick, but the Ram hauls! Learning to keep my foot out of fast...
We make an annual trip of about 1000 miles back and forth to COfrom Tucson AZ, will be interesting to see how it does for MPG on highway.
Looked closely at the 19s, but purchased a slightly used 18, saving us about 10,000. Am questioning the wisdom of not getting the19, with latest technology?? Bottom line, darned hard to beat an exceptional truck! My toughest adjustment is the hockey puck transmission selector. I nearly purchased a Ram when I purchased the Silverado, but didn’t like the puck, I was correct, still hate it, lowest part of the truck! I’d pay more to have a traditional gear selector!!
Great selection of cars, my daughter and I have stopped in a few times, as she is getting ready to buy her first car. They are very helpful and give us all in info we need when asking questions. Will definitely be making purchase here soon enough!

I love my truck and the best part is that it came with a lifetime powertrain warranty! comfortable and the performance is through the roof!
I went to the ExpressLane for an oil change; the gentleman at the counter was very nice and processed my request quickly. The work was done within a half hour at a very reasonable price.
I went back for a state inspection where it was discovered that my car needed service to pass. They were very respectful of my time constraints, had all required parts in stock and completed the work in the time it took me to walk to lunch and back.
I will definitely go back to Bald Hill for service on my Jeep.

This truck is great. Easy on gas for a truck. Plenty of power for me and nice on long drives. It's all we drive anymore.
My husband and I recently purchased two new Kia Sorrento's from Kia of Old Saybrook. We met with Fran Drake who was without a doubt the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Our entire experience was great here. We had met with a few other dealerships and decided to go with this one because they not only had the best prices, but were the easiest and nicest to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership.

Hello ! I'm the happy Owner of a brand new Kia optima LX. I have to say I'm always skeptical of car salesman. Lol I had a price point and I really liked the look of the optima. The sales person Paul Olearnick patently work with me along with Bill Friskey the customer care manager and I got exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier
Thanks to the team at old saybrook Kia.

We love our new truck, it’s very comfortable. We haven’t had it that long but so far we love it!! It drives very nice and for a diesel is really quiet!
Just love this dealership! Tim, the salesman, no pressure, Manny the GM and Mary the F&I were phenomenal to work with. No issues, no pressure, no games, no gimmicks! That was a plus! I checked out vehicles from all over New England and none of them could beat their price! Special thanks to them all!

I’ve waited a long time to buy a truck and I’m happy I did. Very pleased with our Ram 1500. Looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come.
All in all very pleased with my overall experience at the dealership, Dealt with a few different people, A sales men and the man in the F&I office, got me financed through peoples CU, very happy with the rate, purchased at 2014 RAM it was about 2,000 less the then the big stores, first time dealing with a small dealership and loved it! Happy with my truck, low miles and a real sharp truck... thanks guys really appreciate how i was treated! :)

4WD Hemi 1500. Just returned from trip from north Ala to Lancaster, PA and back. Interstate, highway and local sightseeing. I average 22.4 miles per gallon. I routinely average between 20 and 21 mpg. Truck has a 3.23 rear axle. Performance/ nimbleness is outstanding. Love this truck. Bought last August.
I was left my father's Chrysler 300 when he passed away and drove it to RI from FL unfortunately the check engine light come on as soon as we got home. Baldhill Dodge's service department did a great job taking the time to understand what this car meant to me and to be very careful while doing this huge job-replacing the head. Also Patricia was very pleasant and knowledgeable while scheduling my appointment and keeping me informed as to when my car would be ready.

Great Truck

The 2019 Ram 1500 crew cab Rebel with air suspension, 12" nav display, and the 5.7 Hemi is pretty nice.
Pros: comfort, usb-c that quick charges front and back, easy to use nav system, comfortable ride (with caveats), nice convenience features like rain sensing wipers, etc. Awesome sunroof, great styling inside and out. Oh yeah, easy tailgate. Soft down and easy up. Electronic latch. I know that's low on the list but I sure is nice.
Cons: ride is not good in aero suspension setting. Have to turn off that feature. Fuel economy is terrible. Typical 11-13 mpg. If someone says it is higher they are either not using it in traffic or they are lying. The back up emergency braking is jarring and over sensitive to the point of being terrible and unusable.
I think the rebel is awesome, and the air suspension is a must. But get nerf bars because waiting for it to raise and lower every time you get out or in is not reasonable. It's not so much a con, but bears mentioning.
Reliability is anyone's guess, obviously. It is a strong truck. Transmission shifts very smoothly.
In the rebel you lose the 4-wheel auto setting, which is a really nice thing to have. My old ram had it and I got into the habit of using it in the rain when I wasn't hauling anything.
I do not like the super luxury trucks typically, but the Rebel trim is a great compromise. You get the rubber floor mats standard, reasonable off road capability (face it that's needed even if you don't go mudding), and while it is indeed a"pretty" truck, it can get down to business without you worrying you are going to scratch your Sunday go to meetin' vehicle. I opted for a drop in bedliner which I personally feel does a better job of protecting against dents.
In the end, you don't need my or anyone else's review to decide on a new ram. They are excellent vehicles. Far better fit and finish than any Ford, far better materials and comfort than any Chevy. Not that I'm a religious purist about it, but then again, I bought mine because my last truck was a ram. My next one might or might not be. For now, they are a clear winner.
