The salesman took the time in detail, and showed me every option available, along with helping me set up and pair my phone to the infotainment center. I have been on the car hunt for a few months now. A lot of bad exchanges/experiences with dealers that left me on the ropes. I reached out to Oxmoor a week prior to leasing my car. The numbers were the best across the board, they were entirely transparent about their dealer fees and describing everything in detail. The dealership was over an hour and 40 minutes away, but was entirely worth it. The experience, with a test drive, was under two hours and was fantastic. Robert was polite, upbeat, and knowledgeable. I had previously worked the deal with Tyler, the sales manager and while our exchange at the actual dealership was brief, he was also nice. We worked closely with the F&I Manager Taylor, a true car enthusiast, a delightful, hilarious character that I bonded with over older German cars with. Nothing was pushed on us the entire experience. The entire experience felt seamless, with no wasted movements and everyone felt purposeful in their time with us. I highly recommend this.

I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

Ted Rabourn worked with me to find the perfect vehicle. I was disappointed after test driving the original vehicle I was interested in. He suggested some other options in a no pressure manner and ultimately I ended up loving a vehicle I probably wouldn’t have even considered because I assumed it was out of my budget.
