New and used 2025 RAM 1500 trucks for sale near Briar, TX

I was feeling very overwhelmed and Randall was not only very knowledgeable of his products but was very helpful and kind. His friendly personality helped put me at ease regarding the work that I was needing done.

I found the 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel online. It was used with 555 miles on it. I went to the dealer in Manchester, NH, took it for a drive and made the deal. It is a GREAT truck. White with black on the front and sides with the black REBEL decal. The inside has red on the doors, dash, etc. Truly a beauty. And super comfortable. It cam also really move.

It gets better than average gas mileage. The inline 6 twin turbo has all the power I need for towing and cruising. I bought it for room in the seats for traveling long distances. The info screen is large and easy to read.

Great service, friendly staff and quick turnaround for routine oil change and recall would recommend anytime.

Have only had it a few weeks, but thi pickup with the 3.0 Hurricane SO, is so much more refined compared to my last 4 Hemis. Way more power!

AutoNation CDJR North Richland Hills performed an oil change and tire rotation and state inspection on my 2023 Ram 1500, July 25, 2025. The service reps all seem very professional. They offered me their shuttle service and had my truck done in about 2 1/2 hours. They did a great job! However, I noted that the tire rotation was not performed as per the manufacturer. All they did was move the fronts to the rear and the rears to the front. In accordance with the 2023 Ram 1500 owners manual the rear tires should have been crossed when bringing them to the front. The other noted issue I thought was huge safety issue, especially driving at night, was that for some reason the mechanic had turned my headlight switch to the off position. Turning that switch to the off position cancels every automatic function for your dash lights and center cluster (infotainment). By selecting the off position, ALL the dash and center infotainment lights go to FULL bright making it almost impossible to see anything outside the truck, especially with the 12 inch screen. It also prevents your steering wheel lights from coming on and prevents the high beams from functioning. I didn't know they had done this as I headed to work at 5 in the morning last Monday. I had pulled off the road twice on the way to work to try to troubleshoot the issue. It was useless because I couldn't see with the lights glaring in my eyes. I'm not sure why they had to mess with the headlight switch, but the least they could do is put the switch back where they found it. Would I recommend them to a friend, yes, BUT I'd warn them to verify their settings before needing them. And probably take it someplace else who knows how to rotate tires.

Tony Carreon was the greatest new car salesperson we have ever encountered. In fact the whole experience of buying was super. No ridiculous offers from some "manager" out of nowhere to obviously be turned down and resubmitted to us in another wasted 30 min. Tony took care of business, we never dealt with anyone else until we were in finance. We were treated well in the finance dept. also. Overal an excellent experience. While I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning as my 2022 jeep needed a part that was on backorder. The staff at Roger Williams was able to put things into perspective and me at ease. Although it took a while for the part to be received, the jeep was repaired earlier than expected. I will not hesitate to use them as my go to shop.

I bought a new Jeep on 7-11-20, and the experience was excellent. A few weeks earlier I had contacted the Sales Team for a trade assessment of my old vehicle, and all of the information and options were provided very timely. I had made a previous trip to Shottenkirk Toyota on September 12th and met with salesman, Brendon Powell. I had wanted to trade in a Nissan Titan and after discovering that truck had issues, Brendon had to tell me that they could not make a trade, it was tough on him but at least he was truthful. I made my next trip to Shottenkirk on September the 19th with another vehicle to trade in on a Toyota Tundra and I made appointment with Brendon Powell again. This was a good choice since he knew all the information from before. Brendon worked extremely hard to have the vehicle I had pick out work but with my previous new Titan hanging over me he was having issues making financials meeting my demand. Brendon continued to work on my case and brought in Danielle from finance to assist me, while Danielle was explaining me details she received a call, and said she had good news, a truck had arrived that was not listed and that truck would fit my budget!! I would like to commend both Brendon and Danielle because they listened and worked with me to find a truck that would fit my budget and my needs. I have been let down by Nissan with a lemon truck but Shottenkirk redeamed my faith in dealerships and I left with a new Tundra that without those two working together I would have never achieved.

Service advisor was friendly and able to get my truck diagnosed and fixed in a timely fashion.

I only worked with them briefly looking to purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. They helped me to their best ability and were a great team with a lot of experience and knowledge on what they do. I still check their inventory from time to time. If they happen to have what I’m looking for before I find another I will definitely give them my business.
