After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

This is my 2nd time buying with them and both times i had a great experience. This time better than last we bought a WRX which is my husbands DREAM car and they did everything in their power to make it work and I am so grateful! even when we had concerns they were solved immediately! very great place to buy a car! The manager was also great addressed my concerns properly and didn't make me feel "crazy" like other dealerships.

Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers

I used to think all dealer reviews were fake. But after Quakertown I’m writing my own: cars are solid, service polite, I’m honestly happy.

My wife and I decided I needed a used car December 12th 2019 Sands was the only place we were going but didn't want to share that information when we walked in I guess sometimes you need to keep people guessing. You know my wife and I have bought many new cars and it was the keep you here for 6 hours,disappear with registration,we can't give you numbers unless you commit to buy game. Well completely different was greeted by Greg a salesman ask what I was looking for we told he he graciously walked outside started the car came back in gathered so simple information at this point they had our business didn't show hand just yet Greg stated car was warm we would all take a ride. Closing the deal was actually pretty fast he presented Matt the sales manager paperwork Greg came back and said car is yours ,I mean it wasn't longer then 3-5 minutes from when Matt ran my wife's credit we had decision with amazing intrest rate. We were passed on to Rose a real sweetheart who had the wonderful job of taking care of all the paperwork God Bless Her, we chose to add gap insurance and I think with used cars an extended warranty doesn't hurt either take it from me I always get used the wife gets new lol.Rose spent maybe 30-45 minutes if that and I walked around thanked Matt,and Greg for making this the best experience ever. My only regret is I didn't realize they had 3 lots until the following day with so many used cars I may have bought something different and spent more but I'm happy. To all who helped us have a blessed holiday and my wife and I will be back to trade her car in on a new one.

Bought new, great truck, love it,super value . Very comfortable, rides great ,roomy and wife loves it. Best looking truck on the road. Got it for a price I didn’t think was possible. A beautiful well equipped full size crew cab truck for the price of a Tacoma .

I cannot speak any higher of my experience with the professionals at Ray Price Mount Pocono dealership. The customer service I received is some of the best I have experienced anywhere. I randomly chose Ray Price simply because they had a great selection of the type of used vehicle I was looking for; I wanted to avoid hopping from one place to the next. They were an hour away, but the drive was worth it to me. My buying experience went very smoothly – they made it stress-free and easy. I highly recommend working with Jimmy – he wasn’t there to sell me a car; he was there to help me find a car that would fit my personal needs and one that I loved while still staying within my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly and honest, and listened carefully to help make relevant recommendations. A bit of a twist… I had a problem with my vehicle when I took it home. If I had purchased from a private seller or one of those roadside car dealers, this story would not have had a good ending. However, both Jimmy and Brian (general manager) worked with me to make things right. They were extremely cooperative, helpful and respectful. The situation was examined thoroughly, and many fair options were offered and considered. It naturally took some time to work through the process, but Brian had great follow through in keeping in touch with me along the way. I found the 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel online. It was used with 555 miles on it. I went to the dealer in Manchester, NH, took it for a drive and made the deal. It is a GREAT truck. White with black on the front and sides with the black REBEL decal. The inside has red on the doors, dash, etc. Truly a beauty. And super comfortable. It cam also really move.

We live in Flemington, New Jersey and about a mile or two away from a Jeep Dodge dealership, but have been going for about the last 10 years to Johnson Dodge in Budd Lake, New Jersey, which is about 30 miles away for so many reasons. First reason is that the owner John Sr. has always given me the best price for my vehicles and the same goes for the 11 other friends and family who I brought to his dealership. There’s not many places left like this anymore that will not only give you a good value, but also great service to go with your vehicle. He truly does the right thing And that is the reason I recommend any customers I can to him. John jr., and the the dealership’s right hand man, Bryce are always on point in regards to any concerns or questions that may come about whenever I go there. There’s so much to tell, but I will mention on a particular incident we had a customer for John that lives in Staten Island and had no way of getting to the dealership on a specific day and without hesitation they offered to go pick her up so she could get in her new truck sooner than later. Really are not going to find anything like this anywhere else. I’d like to mention also the service advisor who I always go to, Briana. She really is very knowledgeable and even though she is always busy, she makes it a point to get back with any answers as fast as possible in regards to your vehicle. Lastly, I’d like to say that I like to use the same mechanic, Bryan R., so I could get to know him and he could get to know me and he will have a detailed knowledge of my vehicle from always servicing it. Another really nice guy and keeps my Jeep Cherokee SRT in top condition. These are not the only people at the dealership that have always come through with doing their job professionally, Courtney in service has always been there to answer any questions. Also the guys in the parts department are always very helpful when I’m waiting around for my vehicle and I just want to ask some questions in regards to purchasing anything for my vehicle. Dealership has recently been renovated and is even nicer. I will continue to drive over 30 miles to go to this dealership and continue to bring more customers.
