Earl and staff were all very helpful and accommodating. They provided timely responses to my questions via phone and e-mail without being aggressive and impatient. I appreciated their candor and dignity and the mature way they do business. J's has a professional office and approach. It was a pleasant experience to buy a car from this business in Manchester.
We have been looking for a 3/4 ton truck for a quite a while now! Saturday we spent the looking at different dealerships with no luck until we got to J's Auto! Scott was extremely helpful and the rest of the staff was fantastic! We ended up purchasing a truck and the buying process was hassle free! We love our new truck and highly recommend them!

Great service! No pressure at all to buy, but I ended up with a perfect car within my price range. Emailed with Jeff Haight, who actually came in on his day off just to help us out! Options were all clearly presented to me, and the rest of the staff were very helpful with all the things I was unfamiliar with.
Alicia Thomas and her support staff provided an outstanding car buying experience for my wife and I. They were knowledgeable, kind, low/no pressure and fair with pricing. Alicia really brought the small town touch to a big city dealership. Thank you.
They were able to provide me a detailed report of the history of the vehicle as it had been serviced there throughout its previous life. All questions I had were answered before I even arrived at the facility. The vehicle had all of the bells and whistles and worked flawlessly. The windshield was cracked and that was pointed out to me (even though I honestly didn't even notice it) prior to purchase. Very competitive pricing, even in comparison with much larger dealers in Des Moines.
I needed a service on my 2013 Mazda3 and the service department completed quickly without compromising their professionalism. They were easy to talk to without being pressured to have things fixed that didn’t need fixed. All of my questions were answered by Matt Northey. I will be going back for my next service.
AS ALWAYS, Cindy in the Brown's service dept goes above and beyond to set up my vehicle repairs in a timely manner and stay within her estimates, and sending me home with a courtesy vehicle. I totally trust the Brown's service dept and am very happy with the quality of the repairs!
Just purchased a Red Mazda MX-5 Miata Convertible from Junge Mazda. Best Dealership experience I have ever had. The zero-pressure sales staff and General Manager made me feel that they wanted to put me in a car I would continue to be happy with at a price I wanted to pay--- and they did. I sent out an email in regards to a truck j's auto had on inventory and earl called me right away they next morning and gave me all the information i needed to know about the truck there finance lady Kayla went to work and found a credit union that would finance me which was really pleasing since i had no credit history from lack of experience and very minimal loan experience! I went down the next day test drove the truck filled out the papers put a down payment down and came home with a new truck in less than 48hrs from when I emailed them originally
After car shopping for several months and getting the usual run around from a few delearships we could not have enjoyed our experience at Junge anymore. Gene and Lloyd were terrific to deal with and we will definitely be returning.
I was looking at an EXT they had in stock and even though I did not end up buying the truck from them (too much rust) , the sale staff was professional and helpful. They got me all the information and photos I need to come to my decision on the truck.

Called first thing this morning and I'm walking out the door with a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Dan was extremely helpful with all questions and went out of his way to save me my precious time. Which is refreshing since we came from an hour and a half away. Superior customer service! Tauke Motors just gained a new customer.
