Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

The Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership had a good selection and the salesman, Scott Ryer, was very polite and was knowledgeable about the vehicles. The showroom there was very neat and clean. I am definitely coming back here next time I buy a car.

He totally exceeded our expectations .we searched locally for a car but could not get what we were searching for.James went above and beyond to get us the car we were looking for at the best price possible. it was totally worth the 6 hour drive to pick it up. We brought our 2017 Pacifica in for its FIRST visit since August 2016 when we bought it. Still not enough mileage for a real oil change, but it was time for state inspection so we had both the oil change and the inspection. All went well. Tried to find you to speak to you, but you were not available when we were there. Your "neighbor" said you were out for a late lunch, but we couldn't find you earlier and soon thereafter we left. Sorry to have missed you. We love our Pacifica, but are not in the market to replace our 2010 Town and Country at this time.

We have bought at least 8 Hondas from Woodson Honda and have always been treated with friendliness and courtesy. The salesmen are helpful and work diligently to make us happy! The way we are treated is the reason we continue to go back. Honda is the brand we love and have never had any mechanical issues with our vehicles.
Wes was very friendly right from the start. He met us on the lot with a smile, didn't hesitate to get a tag so we could test drive the vehicle. There was no pressure from him at all to buy the vehicle. Once we made our decision to buy , he was fast to get our offer in and approved. He didn't hesitate to help remove our toolbox from our truck,and didn't mind getting his hands dirty in doing so.
From the beginning of purchasing our vehicle to service MidPoint is just top notch. Friendly, informative, factual, and just great customer service. I recommend them to anyone! And, most importantly, I love my vehicle.

I stopped in to get info ontrucks. Possibly interested in buying after the first of the year. Talked to Roger and he provided the info I needed. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I have good experiences in the past with service dept.
We purchased a new Chrysler 200 from Dominion of Bedford. Pat Meadow did an excellent job of making us feel at home and comfortable with our purchase. Pat was friendly, very helpful and not pushy with sales pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in need of a new or used vehicle.
