My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
Having been a Lehighton Kia customer since 1999, I strayed away for a few years. I decided to venture back only too see the new impressive showroom and facility, definitely appealing to the eye. After 3 visits and time with Ramon Suncar the inevitable happened and I am once again a new 2019 Kia Sorrento. Gotta ?? My Sorrento???s. The new 2019 is a smooth ride for sure😁. The bonus is returning because Scott Ruttan is the best mechanic I???ve known all the years I had service appointments. Manager Ramon Roedan even took the time to bring Scott by the office to let him know I will be coming once again for Service appointments. So if your interested in a KIA - don???t hesitate to see Ramon Suncar or Brandon Woodson who also took time to see what my options were. Alexis does an amazing job. She always explains everything and works with you to make your service experience a good one. The waiting area is comfortable and has snacks, drinks and free WiFi 😁
Great dealership. Both my wife and I drive Kias from there. Had an internal engine issue on my Optima (it was one of the small few that were recalled - the recall did not fix it). The diagnosed it, arranged a free rental car and ordered the new engine in the same day. Had it back in less than three weeks - brand new and not a penny out of pocket. Excellent communications as they even called me while I was out of the country to let me know the engine arrived early and what day it would be finished. In and out with a new car in 15 minutes and they even handled returning the loaner car. Going to trade up to a Stinger GT in two years! I'm an engineering manager and don't rate price, I rate value, which is why I did not pick a star level on price.
Heather was great! Not pushy yet ready to offer me the cars that I was interested in. Buying process turned out in my favor, so of course I'm more than satisfied. Franco is also a great guy. Keep me entertained in between the buying process. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership.
I???ve been coming to your service center last five years the only thing I???m slightly disappointed is you guys change your service reps to much just when I get use to dealing with two next thing I know there???s two new guys your mechanics are great I bring my 2008 Tahoe 2006 Lincoln zephyr and 2006 Mariner
I know the dealerships make tons of money off of ridiculous services like fuel injector service for $300. But this visit the service tech was awesome and didn't try to b.s. me into services I didn't need!!! Here's a concept of your customers trust the service tech and doesn't get hit with a list of xxxx they don't need everytime, when the tech finally does suggest something I might believe him and go for it !!!!!
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.
Poor brakes, replaced leaking brake line and some that were about to leak. Old truck is new again!

I had a 2005 Ram 1500 and it was great. I love the new style of this truck, it had everything I needed. For the price it should have had at least heated seats.
It was a great experience in purchasing 2014 Honda Odyssey EX L from Taj Auto Mall dealership. Chelsea, Sheila and Ray helped me find out the car as per my requirement and were very helpful. Super comfortable, tons of space even with the quad cab. No complaints from average sized back seat riders. 6'4" don't like long trips.
V6 is plenty quick and the MPG are GREAT! Rides nicer than my Tundra and handles much smaller than it is. I can't say enough good things about this truck!! Beats the competition at their price and costs Thousands less!

Hope I made the right choice. Initially was gonna go with the frontier 4.0. but I chose the ram because bigger truck. Hope it's reliable. Just turned 1200 miles
This is our second time leasing a new car from Kelly Nissan and due to the fact that my husband and I were treated so well the first time we felt there was no reason to go anywhere else. From the time we entered the show room we were greeted by both professional and friendly sales people, whom made us feel right at ease. The buying experience and Kelly Nissan is actually very pleasant, for the sales team takes the time to listen to your needs and wants never making the buyer feel pressured in anyway. This time we had the pleasure of dealing with Eric Sparrow, who was both friendly and courteous not only towards us but fellow employees. Eric was precepting a sales woman new to the dealership and the level of professionalism he demonstrated not only towards us but also to this employee by the way he introduced her and asked if she could shadow our entire visit is commendable. My previous lease was a Murano and I was looking to get a Murano again. Eric took the time to explain the various options available on the differrent models and he was able to answer all our questions readily due to his level of product knowledge. When it came time to discuss figures we were introduced to Jeff Collura whom also was very professional and friendly and then to John Arena in finance who also very professional and courteous. The entire experience like I said was extremely pleasant from the very start, the test drive, the paperwork and not to mention driving your new car off the showroom floor/red carpet. My husband and I truly feel that other dealerships should strive for this level for you have set the bar! I would also like to add how Eric gave us a thorough hands on demonstration of the various options on the car, linked our cell phones and also notified our insurance company of the new vehicle purchas, he truly goes the extra mile. We give Kelly Nissan 5 Stars and can't say enough about the entire sales team including you're newest sales woman ( sorry I forget her first name ) . We know that we will receive great service when it's time for check ups and look forward to continuing buisness with Kelly Nissan. 👍🏻

This is my third RAM. I love these trucks. I really like the changes they’ve made to the interior over the years. The crew cab is very spacious and I like the fold out shelf under the rear seat. There is plenty of lighting inside and out. The Hemi is a great engine and has all the power I need. I would fully recommend these trucks to anyone.
I have been looking for a used jeep wrangler, and found one they had listed on their website. After contacting them, we began the search, which still continues. Umer was very helpful with my quest!

My 2015 Wrangler was recently totaled by a drunk driver and I was dreading returning to car dealerships to find a replacement. In our search, both back in 2015 and now, we've experienced our fair share of shady dealers, inconsiderate salespeople, and "games" in discussing prices. I had been searching for several weeks on every website available and narrowed down a couple cars to check out. My dad and I ended up driving over two hours to see a couple cars in PA (we're from northern NJ), including a 2018 Willy's Wrangler JK at Savage 61. Ryan was very amiable and unassuming in both conversation and action. We greatly appreciated the upfront, bottom-line price from the dealership. We had done our fair share of research and knew that the dealer discount % was truly fair and nothing like we'd get back in Jersey. I am so glad I decided to follow through with Savage 61 and buy a car through Ryan! Not only did Savage 61 have my dream car, but the overall experience was amazing! It's just a shame this dealer can't be closer to me - I would definitely take advantage of the offered lifetime powertrain warranty and endless supply of popcorn! Thank you again, Ryan!

love the maximum steel metallic paint color with matching grill and bumper. the engine performance is perfect and on of the many reasons why I purchased a RAM over a Chevy or Ford. The other manufacturer's could not match the 8.4" entertainment/touch control radio
This is my 3rd Hemi Charger R/T but this is the "Wicked" one with the Scat Pack Option that I have purchased over the past 5 years. I have traded in 4 Chargers and 2 Jeeps all have been serviced too via the Service Department. Tim, Shon, Brad, Rex, Brandon and the most awesome tech Tim (Dan the next awesome tech, Taylor and John in Service and the Brian's and Pat in Parts) have ALWAYS provided me with the best sales and service experiences which are the many reasons I continue to drive over an hour from the Lehigh Valley to have them take care of all my service and sales needs. Customer Service is #1 at this dealership, plus all the support they provide to the Reading Area! Thank You All for the FUN!

Saved over 15,000 dollars for what I wanted if bought ford 150 or chevy 1500. Great truck for price. 5.7 engine 3.92 rear end. 10,700 towing. Smooth ride. Drove a few new fords and chevy company trucks and this best drove yet.
I have to say that this dealerships service center has treated me great and made me love my subaru again. I'll start my story by saying that I have had ongoing issues with my 13' crosstrek since 10000 miles. my subaru was purchased in Virginia so that is not being blamed on ertle at all. when I did service my car in VA the service was horrible. 1 year later I moved to NY. This was the dealership that I notified the problem of an extended crank and clunk upon starting, this was also when the problem began. I took my car in to feders subaru in Middletown NY....for a simple oil change.....there was a horrible odor after driving my car.....turns out they had poured oil all over my engine and it was burning. has to take it back and get it cleaned...went back again for low coolant....they claimed it wasn't low....lol. they had filled it and told me I was wrong. I never went back.. changed my dealership to colonialSubaru in Kingston ny....their service department had me drive over an hour each way countless times to try and fix the crank and clunk...over 5 times...and it was never ever fixed even after they brought in a " special" service guy......not to mention the terrible attitudes of their service department . I honestly had given up on this issue ever being fixed...and was planning to sell my car and never get another subaru again. i have owned 2 subarus prior to this one...and was also raised in a family driving subarus....and loved them. yet this experience had me so angry and I couldn't believe 2 dealerships couldn't fix the problem which would at times leave me stranded with my car not starting. I ended up moving to PA and found ertle subaru and thank God I did. they fixed the extended crank issue in 1 visit. . yes a single visit. I take my car to them for everything I need and they are so professional and knowledgeable. Bill and James at the desk listen to everything you are saying and convey that to the service men in back. I can say this dealerships service center is amazing and has changed my opinion of newer subarus. They have my car in tip top shape...and I love it again....no longer want to sell it. also, when I am ready for a newer model....i will be purchasing from Ertle.
