I took my 14 Escape in for a door recall, which appears to be OK. I thought I'd replace my wiper blades as well. Five minutes after I left the dealership it started to rain. When I turned on the wipers one of them flew off the car!! Did retrieve the wiper from the road only after it had been run over a couple times. Turned around & went back. They were VERY appologetic and replaced it immediately. After I got back on the road, I again turned on the wipers............the same blade that was replaced was not clearing off the window!! I had to again go back. The manager of Service himself came out to fix the problem...........the plastic cover on the blade was never removed. I was actually going to look into trading in my car for a new one there, but I think I might look into the dealership's past performance more. Again, the people were super friendly, courteous & helpful but the incident made me wonder.........if replacing wiper blades didn't go so well would I bring my car back there....
Service was prompt and professional. Breanna, the assistant service manager, was very good about explaining some additional services that an I needed to have done. The free car wash was an added bonus. I had been taking my truck to another Ford dealer for servicing up to now, but these folks seem to want to go the extra mile.
This was my second purchase for Slimans Dodge. My salesman was Lenny Oehlke and he made the buying process very easy, no pressure sales. The Sales Manager Jim Bucher was willing to work with where I needed to be on price and payment of the vehicle. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Dart. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase for this dealership, they are very family friendly and buy the end of the purchase my 2 year old son was hugging Lenny like he has know him his hole life. They updates they are currently making to the Dealership are great.
Thanks to Christian Falcetti, he made a great first impression on us! We visited other dealerships but came back to CJD He's a great salesman. Very knowledgeable! Not pushy At all!! We are on vehicle #3 with him! Also have had great experience in the service department as well, never have had any issues! They get you in as quickly as they can. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I came into this dealership after reading the reviews on this website and I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but I knew my credit wasn't the greatest. I met with Ray Stewart who was one of the most patient sales representative I've ever met. He was extremely kind and gave many words of advice on how to rebuild my credit and helped me get financed into a reasonable car to help along that way. Ray never once got annoyed with my 15 questions I threw at him a minute and he was more than willing to help every step of the way. My experience was great at this dealership and even better yet with Ray Stewart. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend you ask exclusively for Ray.
Service personnel were friendly and courteous. They gave me a loaner when they realized that the work would take more than a day. All expectations were met and work was performed satisfactorily.
I was nervous about going to a big dealership, but it was better than I could have expected. I brought along my boyfriend who has purchased a few cars before, and is a corporate finance major, so I felt confident in his opinion and ability to help me make the best deal I could. Our saleman, Mark Perry, was absolutely wonderful. He had a calm, friendly and open demeanor. He was helpful but never pushy and very straightforward. Overall I would rate the experience 10/10.

Was a devotee to Ford. Owned 4 heavy duty trucks in last 15 years. Last one was traded for the 6.4L 2500 crew. This truck kicks. Towing a 5th wheel and boat combo no complaints. Plenty of power and handling is surprising. In the good way. Even my wife loves this truck, she wasn't happy with the others. Lumberwagons is what she called them. Enjoys driving even with the 5er and boat behind. Fuel mileage has been 14.8 combined city highway. Towing 9 to 11.9 depending on grade, wind, etc. 4x4 handles off road great.
Always great service at Liberty.
Had 2015 F150 in for routine maintenance.
Jay Toman, my Service Representative, is always very personable, and attentive.
The customer lounge is clean, and comfortable.
I always recommend Liberty Brunswick to my friends and family.

I was told by family my brake light was out on passenger side. Called Jonathon in Brunswick Subaru who quoted me price. No appointment necessary. Since I get oil changed 6 months, he had oil checked for me. The dealer has great hospitality.

This truck has the payload i needed to pull my travel trailer. Plenty of power, rides good, great looking paint job. One of the quietest running trucks I have ever owned
Their service department was so great to work with that I decided to buy my next Mopar from Fred Martin. Lonnie was great at helping me find the right truck and was easy to deal with. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

This truck is everything Ive been saving for. Very nice dependable 3/4 ton off road truck. I told myself one day I'd own a Power Wagon, and now I have one.
I was well satisfied with the service provided by Sherman Johnson. He was very knowledgable and thoroughly explained the features of the RDX I bought. He made sure that any question I had was answered to my satisfaction. Sherman definitely cares about his customers and, in my opinion, deserves a gold-star customer service rating!!!

The Cummins engine and recent upgrades to the 2500 Ram are a great mix. I’ve owed a Ford F-250 and while I think the general quality of the Fords may be a bit better, the overall performance of the Ram far exceeds the Ford. On top of that, I have navigation, heated/cooled leather trim, CarPlay, and tons of other features that you end up paying for in similar Chevy or Ford trims.
I came to slimans and Eugene put my son and my niece in to quality used vehicles excellent customer service I would refer all my friends to slimans Eugene went over and beyond great customer satisfaction

Just what I was looking for and I’m very pleased. Would definitely buy the same vehicle again. Took awhile to find the right interior but well worth the wait.
We were in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Jeep Cherokee. Casey Berenyi was our salesman and he took the time to sit down and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each. Multiple times. He never pressured us into purchasing anything we didn't want. He listened to our wants and needs of features and most importantly our budget. Casey never once tried to show us or push into a more expensive vehicle. Casey's due diligence found us our perfect vehicle that wasn't even on the lot and brought it to us! John Csizma, the finance manager, did a fantastic job of clearly and concisely explaining warranties, extended warranties, and gap insurance. He made the experience less nerve-racking and painless!
