We were beyond impressed with the customer service at this dealership. We had an issue with our financing, and instead of turning us away, they sent us home with the car so it could not be "bought out from under us" while they figured out the issue. The following day, the finance manager and the salesman (Warren) both followed up with me to inform me of what they were doing to solve the issue. Once the issue was solved and we came back in to start negotiating, the salesman was NOT pushy or demanding which was a refreshing change from other dealerships we have dealt with. They were also very kind and patient in dealing with us while my 4 year-old competed for their attention. Warren listened to our concerns, took notes, and got to work immediately trying to address and overcome our concerns. When it had reached the point where he couldn't do any more, he got the sales director, Bryan, involved instead of just expecting us to accept a deal we weren't happy with. Bryan went ABOVE and BEYOND anything I would have expected. My husband was ready to not make the deal, but Bryan brought him back from a "no" to a "yes" without any pressure and without asking him to come away from the terms he was asking for. Once the deal was made, the paperwork was processed very quickly, and they even filled our tank up before we left the lot. I will surely be going back to them if I ever have the need for another car. And, I recommend anyone who is tired of dealing with pushy salesmen who seem to just be in it to make a buck to definitely check out this dealership. They seemed legitimately concerned with making us happy and not just selling us any old car! I am a very demanding consumer, and I always cross my t's and dot my i's before I ever even step foot onto a car lot. They not only welcomed my questions and concerns, but helped me grow my confidence in the decision we were making by explaining all of the "behind the scenes" reasons for the negotiations they were able to flex on as well as those that they weren't. Their transparency, honesty, and patience make them an A+ dealership in my book!

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I wrote this in my last review, that I had a possible small problem with a tint on a window, and will write another review either way if it needs to be addressed. We brought the car back 4 months after purchasing , AND THE GREAT TEAM at Mark Kia retinted the blemished window, changed the oil, and practically detailed the car!!! NO CHARGE AS PROMISED - BUY YOUR CAR AT MARK KIA !! They stand behind their product, and most of all STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISES- I had been to every Kia Dealer in the Phoenix area since the end of May. BUY yours HERE from salesman Uncle Abdul and Manager Jack Belsanti. NO nonsense, just tight honest information, and great upfront info on vehicles and pricing. They knew I was serious about buying a new Forte and I knew they were serious about selling one. The finance guy Chad was great in getting the deal DONE, without trying to up the price with unwanted "add ons" . I've been a car salesman here, have bought 20 cars here, and these guys are GREAT- period. and now here's your WARNING- WARNING DON'T BUY a CAR from CAMELBACK KIA a lying bunch of dishonorable people from sales to finance from start to finish. No GO to Mark Kia- I just bought a new Forte there 9/23/15 - See Uncle Abdul and mngr Mark Belsanti - honest, tight clean info- They want to sell cars HONESTLY- I've been looking since the end of May, so listen up- I contacted the Attorney General, so they finally HAD TO give me my prepaid credit cards- I had a deal in place for a Kia at Camelback, and as I stated many times to them, the car had to have CRUISE and KEYLESS entry. the vehicle I CLEARLY STATED I was interested in was to have CRUISE and KEY LESS entry. Sometime during negotiations, they switched to a vehicle WITHOUT Cruise and Keyless entry. When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. I was shopping for a new family wagon online and I spoke and looked at maybe 10-15 different dealers and cars. I finaly came across STG auto online in Montclair amd called and spoke to Fady Gad. He was very helpefull and attentive quickly gave me the best price and rate. He kept very well communication with me even when he was doing research. I schedule an appointment with him and he even reserve the exact car that I wanted so that it did sell while I drove down there. Once their I met with Ed (Sales Manager) and Fady Gad. My wife and I were in the market for either a GMC Acadia or Buick Enclave. We live in Modesto, CA and had been searching throughout Northern California. It seemed like every vehicle we found with our preferred mileage/year/equipment was just a few 1000 out of our price range. To top it off, it seemed like no dealer would budge on the price when we inquired. My wife and I took a trip to So-Cal for a quick trip to Disneyland as our annual passes will be expiring soon and we wouldn't be able to get away for the long holiday weekend due to work. While waiting in line for rides, we decided to browse the internet, thinking maybe prices would be better than up North. We found a much larger selection, but similar pricing to the dealers near home. Then we found Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they had two Acadia's that seemed to be what we wanted with much better prices than we expected to find. I e-mailed the dealer asking if the vehicle was still available and got a phone call back within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for noon the next day. We got up the next morning and decided to go to the dealer early. We were contacted by phone at about 10 AM to confirm we would be showing up. We told them we were ready and could come in early. The same salesman (Miguel) I spoke to on the phone was quick to greet us, despite not being scheduled. He took us over to see both cars, let us drive them both and then asked what he could do for us. We asked for a little off the price, which we didn't get, but I wasn't expecting as the price was already $3-4k off what we would have paid for a similar vehicle in Northern California. Once we agreed on a price, the manager Anthony came over to explain our different financing options and how we could save the most money in that process. Miguel then took the car over for a final detail and cleaning while we went and finalized the contract. They took us in to meet Executive Sales Manager Chris Amato, who was already finishing up our paperwork. Chris was very gregarious and outgoing, asking us plenty of questions about what got us to the dealership, why we chose the car, etc. He also gave us a better explanation of how they were able to give us such a great price. Basically, since the dealer is so high volume, they don't have to make such high markups on each vehicle. Chris finished up the paperwork and transferred it all to a really neat desktop monitor that displayed all the contracts and allowed us to sign electronically. Finally, we were finished with the paperwork, Chris walked us back out to the showroom where we waited a few minutes for the detailing to be finished. Miguel showed up with the vehicle, handed us the keys and we were on our way back home to Modesto. All told it was maybe 3 1/2 hours from the time we arrived, to driving off, which seems to be pretty quick from what I understand of the car buying experience. Throughout the day, various members of the staff made sure to check on us and see if we needed anything to drink or anything like that. I would HIGHLY reccomend this dealership to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable throughout the experience and don't pressure you into anything you don't feel comfortable with. This was a great experience and more than worth the trip. I will most likely look to make a trip down again for our next car purchase.
