Excellent service on a repair to my 2000 Plymouth Neon to pass State Inspection. Replaced Valve Cover gasket, spark plugs, changed oil since it was two quarts low, and cleaned the oil build up from leaking valve cover. Tom, the Mechanic was very thorough in explaining the reason for the chemical cleaning. David was very kind in explaining the problems and how it was going to be serviced. Excellent Work!!! Performance Dodge definitely holds it's name!

So, all of you should know one thing before I write this review. My girlfriend and i, just got a 2013 Dodge dart 4 months ago. We came back in yesterday on 2/22/2016 and I was looking for a cheap car. Like most of you, (who wants to spend a fortune, right?) However, I was wanting something with less than 188,000 miles on it (that's what my current vehicle had) and was looking at an impala with 107,000. I, however, was not satisfied with it because of the amount of miles it had. Sergio Garcia was able to get my numbers where I needed them in order to get ANOTHER 2013 DODGE DART!!! This thing is awesome and that was a job well done! Definitely satisfied. I walked away with something better than I expected, while still saving my wallet!! Head over and go see him if you are thinking about getting another vehicle, right now! Definitely worth the time! Also, great customer service over there as well! So, stop reading the review already, and go get yourself a new car!
Those of you that can, do you remember what it felt like to get that brand new "Red Ryder" BB gun at Christmas? You had looked at them in the Sears catalogue & wished for one when they came on the TV. When Christmas came, there is was. A true thing of beauty, just for you. Well, that's what it felt like to me to get my "brand new" 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 p/u. My wife has been very ill for many years & we haven't had a new vehicle in 35+ years. We had been getting by with "hand-me-downs" from family & friends for many years. I was talking to Stan Seagraves at the Commerce Dodge dealership about getting a used vehicle. Stan has been a good friend for many years and was aware of LuLu's problems & condition. Stan made the deal happen for my 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 and made it possible for us to have a new vehicle. Stan & Bobby worked out the details and got the payment down to what I could pay & the deal was done. It was so "quick & painless" that I didn't believe it was actually done. I was 7 years old again & it was Christmas and I finally had my "Red Ryder" BB gun .... there is no other feeling like that in the world. Thank you Stan for being a good friend over all these years and thanks for being there, again, when I needed you most. Well, if I am completely honest I do NOT like buying cars. The main reason is the salesmen/women that come along with the process. BUT Ramone and Bonnie at Hayes Auto in Gainesville were amazing! They make me want to go and buy another car!! So here is the story: I own a business (start date Feb. 2017) I do not have a lot of cash...none really. So I went to MY bank and got 100% financing through my business. When I called the dealership and spoke to Ramone he did mention that he could probably get me a better rate but I said, "No, I have financing. It's done. I just need to find a truck, please don't ask to run my credit." He said, "Ok, when can you come down?" I was almost 2 hours late. I called and texted him that I was running late, he was cool. When we got there the EXACT truck I wanted was there ready for a test drive at the EXACT price I had seen it for online!!! PERFECT!! If I had been a little more prepared I could have taken the truck home that evening but I wasn't sure if the truck I wanted and called on would actually be there. Now, this is the dealership I am going to for my next car...just awesome.

I have been wanting a Jeep since I was a teenager and I am 39 years old but within the last 2 years I have been itching for one hard. My husband and I went to a few Jeep dealers and other dealers that sold used Jeep's and we just couldn't make a deal. We noticed that new or used Jeeps were practically the same price with miles. So we decided to go new since this vehicle holds its value and its an investment type vehicle. We did our research and said we were for sure going to buy one. We were in the process of buying a house so we put the Jeep on the back burner for a couple years, well we bought our house and we are now in Lawrenceville and we decided to visit this Lawrenceville Jeep Dealer and it was the best thing we did. We drove in n a Saturday October 21, 22017 and just started walking the lot where we saw the Jeeps we liked and we were approached by Paul and he introduced himself and was very knowledgeable on the Jeep. He said things to us we already knew but that is ok because we were on the same level of knowledge BUT he was a great sales man in the aspect of how to build the vehicle and how to make a price work for us and that is what made this deal. He didn't stick us with the first price we saw and did not push us on that price either after we stated that was expensive. He was able to work with us, really feel out what it is that we really wanted and was able to put numbers together on that. We told him we wanted to think about it, he emailed us a built jeep how we wanted it and we started working on that. We ended up going back to the Dealership on Saturday October 28, one week exact later and wanted to now work out numbers and see about a trade in and all the fun stuff, hahahaha! Paul was realistic, strong with his words on the financing and was going to do everything he could to make our deal work. Well then when it did not work for us, we had an option to look at other Jeeps that had almost what I wanted but no big wheels. Just standard wheels, well, we decided that the big wheels (37in) was a little bit of a rough ride for long distance but I did test drive it and the Sahara and I fell in love with the white Sahara and it was a 24g package and the price worked. Financing was also amazing with Magdalena working her numbers. We did not feel pressured, we knew we could walk away because they did give us the option to think about it. They made the deal work for us and met us in the middle. They were really real, not corporate, didn't try to sell, just tried to help. We were in the dealership from 11am till 5:30pm. It was an all day event but they were busy so understandable. We were on a 50/50 buying situation meaning we were either getting the truck or not if the numbers did not work. They made them work. We enjoyed every part of our experience and we are very happy with our 2017 New Jeep Sahara. We look forward to continue to do business with Jeep and buy more accessories for our new Jeep.
Steven was an amazing salesman. The second we got out of our car he was there ,seemed to be on a break eating an icy ...which he dropped immediately and helped us . The process was smooth and he kept us informed all the way . The only thing I would improve on is getting into the final stage of signing ( we waited over 2 hours ). But overall great experience. And we purchased a Dodg Challenger Scat Pack 👍🏻. Good job Steven !
