If you're in the market... go see GTW before you buy. At the very least, you'll leave knowing exactly how much more you'll be paying for that NEW truck from the GM dealer!! I figure I saved about $12k buying pre-owned with low miles than a brand new 2018 even with the rebates. Please read on for the details. I've known about Gibson Truck World for years. Driven past it many times and often admired the choices. But I never bought one... until now. I wanted a NEW Sierra and shopped 3-5 GMC Dealers. All of them were tough to deal with when it came down to price. Most of the "sales" people had to go back and forth between me and their manager for approval. I'd get automated text messages at 11:30 pm just because I sent an email expressing my interest. Yes... they responded...but not one of them provided a unique value to me. So...I went to GTW just to see what they had to offer. I met with Vince Hoskins based on a referral from a friend. I was immediately put at ease...The guy was so friendly and relaxed he made me relaxed too. Vince took me through their shop...(Yes they service their trucks too.) and we discussed how every single truck that hits their lot is inspected before it goes on sale. Many don't even make the cut, so you know the once that do are perfect. Vince introduced me to some of the guys in the service shop who have been working there for 15, 18 and some 20 years. Good Stuff. I browsed a little... Then Vince and I drove at least 3 different trucks and trust me.... there was zero pressure for me to decide. I ended up buying a PERFECT, CLEAN and GORGEOUS 2017 Z71 Silverado that not only met my needs... but had only 6100 miles on it. I've already spread the word amongst my friends and I can tell you with no equivocation... I'll be buying from Gibson again when I'm ready. Folks... this is a real review. I'm a real customer. Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I bought in early December a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Truck from Vroom after going to a few local dealers here in Phoenix, AZ. All what happened was the games they played and wasting my time. I know there is some of that unfortunately when buying a vehicle. I am in my 50's so I am not new to buying cars. But buying a car off the internet is something I had never done prior to Vroom. I did my homework and read many reviews. Obviously there are many negative reviews so I wanted to let readers know my experience. So after finding the truck I wanted I put the $500 down and then both verbally and via email. I told/wrote to my Sale Rep Tramaine, and his boss (the Sales Manager) Stephen that my concern of all the negative reviews. They told me the volume of cars they sell on a monthly basis, being a business man myself, I could see how there could be some negative reviews. I told them every business has it challenges just don't ignore me or the problem if it arises. I can say several things with full confidence: I was kept in the loop of communication, even when the truck had to have a minor touch up paint job. I received the truck in a timely manner, the truck was in excellent shape. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the written description. Most important my price was significantly less than any local dealers and on top of that NO HASSLE AND NO BS. My next purchase in a car is going to Vroom first and probably will never step foot on another car lot in my life.

We had been looking for a Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD for a few months and just weren't having any luck at the dealers. They either were priced too high with ridiculously high mileage or the truck was in terrible shape. I found a truck on Vroom and asked if it was still available, when I received my call back I was at work and couldn't answer. My husband and I were on way to the grocery store and decided what the heck, let's call back and see what they say. Bri answered and said the truck we inquired about was sold but she had a different one. She sent photos, CARFAX and all the necessary info. We said LET'S DO IT! and the process was smooth and fast. We were told 10-14 days for delivery and the truck arrived in 2! Amazing experience all around. Thank you all so much for your help. We love our new truck!!!

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

Had to leave the vehicle overnight, a rental was provided. The diagnosis was communicated to me as being broken bolts on the exhaust manifold and the repair was completed and covered under the power train warranty, the other services were also completed including a recall for the restraint system. The vehicle was ready on time as promised the next day. I am very pleased 😀 with the service.

It's not very often that an attempt to buy a car ends well even when a deal isn't closed. I was in the market for a Ram 1500. Sean in sales stayed late multiple times and spoke with me on his days off to help me find the right truck. Although it didn't work out and I ended up finding a truck somewhere else, it certainly wasn't because Sean didn't do a good job. He's a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend the sales team at Airport CJD.

I had been in the market for a while now, looking to replace my old highlander. My father told me that he bought his company trucks from GIbson Truck World and that they are very reliable. I decided to give them a call and was instantly directed to Troy. I told him I wanted a Silverado, CrewCab, Bed Liner, Parking Sensors, 4x4, leather seats, and a good audio system. I was informed that they didnt have any of those silverados with what I wanted but, he had a 2016 GMC Sierra 1500 Crewcab SE LTZ ALL-Terrain that had everything I needed and wanted.(it had all the bells and whistles) I cam in the next day and greeted by troy with a smile and a firm hand shake asking me how the drive was and how I was. After a short discussion he showed me my new truck. I looked all around and inside this vehicle and couldn't find a scratch or a blemish anywhere. I took it out for a test drive and it was perfect, just the right amount of sensitivity I wanted on the brakes and gas. The turning radius on the truck wasn't even bad it was on the same par as my highlander. After he showed me the shop and the inspection quality that all trucks go through, I came to the decision that this would be the first car I buy but, I didn't like the wheels and I wanted it to be leveled. After a couple minutes of discussion we were able to pick new wheels, tires, and a leveling kit for the vehicle. I also asked him about getting a Roll-n-Lok for the truck bed. He recommended me to go to cap world and volunteered to drive the vehicle over and have them put the bed cover on and drive it back. It came to my attention that when he was walking back after he dropped it off, it starting to rain and he had to take refuge in the KFC. That's 10/10 service right there, don't know many dealers willing to get soaking wet for a customer. I can happily say that when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will return to Gibson Truck World and have Troy sell me another truck.

Vroom is great because going into car dealerships is a complete friggin nightmare where you have to battle your xxx off to not get scammed.(and I still lose) Vroom had a huge selection of newer used vehicles to choose from; you don't haggle over price, just do your homework on the price to see if it looks in line. (KBB)They also lined up financing with a very good interest rate, everything was transparent, not a bunch of hidden xxxxxxxx with trade ins, extended warranties to buy, maintenance plan tricks...etc. Delivery did take a little longer than they estimated, but no biggie, they delivered our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and other than it being dusty from the trip, it looked GREAT. Feels brand new and it has 40,000 miles, looks just like it did in the pictures. They also set up the registration and I got tags/license plate in the mail. I think they're super and I'll be buying another car in the next few months from them again. I HOPE this is the future of car buying and companies like this are profitable and stay in business.
