Purchased a pretty much trouble free Explorer from here and have only had it serviced there,car has been reliable.Took it for service and William Marshall was phenomenal from beginning to end,friendly,professional and kept me updated on everything,as I had a lot to do,he coordinated my ride home and pick up back to Koons Ford causing no interruptions to my day and what I needed to do. Dealership looked good from the road,clean,tidy, customer cars lined up and the longe for customers was fresh,comfortable and very clean.Service was flawless as was Customer Service.Well done and keep up the forward momentum!

The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! We bought a new vehicle here after several unsuccessful attempts by the service department to fix an emissions issue with our previous vehicle. Management provided excellent customer service and took care of us. The product specialist (salesman) Paul was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Purchase process was relatively quick and painless. And even though our experience was not exactly what we had hoped, we felt AutoNation Honda did right by us. We will be back for our next vehicle.

Straight forward and honest, I asked about a vehicle and was told not to bother it was in rough shape and they made a bad call on taking it in on trade. I was impressed that they told upfront the vehicle was bad I appreciate that they steered me away from a bad deal instead of making a sale first. We used the Costco discount to find Niello Acura. Gary was awesome to work with. He was very helpful in finding all the eligible discounts and got us to 'yes' with what we felt was a good deal on a new Acura RDX - he even hunted around for my preferred color and trim package. Given schedules and such, I took delivery in Reno, NV with no problem. So, while I have nevery met Gary or set foot in the dealership, I had a great transaction.

10 out of 10 - Could not be more satisfied with my purchase at this dealership. To summarize, I just purchased a new vehicle I found online 12 days ago from a Grapevine dealership. A beautiful 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Altitude. 6 days after driving it off the lot, I was t-boned and the car was deemed a total loss. With a small window of time to find a replacement, my family and I were on the hunt this past Saturday, 3/8/25. Starting in McKinney and surrounding DFW areas, we visited 6 dealerships, viewed 9 cars, and made a handful of offers/negotiations within approx 9 to 10 hours. While heading to Irving to basically settle for a car that was decent but ultimately not what I wanted, I made one last desperate attempt to find something better and reached out to Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM by Ed Morse. The salesman, Brad answered the phone and I gave him the list of what I was looking for and asked if he had it. In short, he said, no. But, his actual words were "I don't have that, but I have a beautiful Jeep that just arrived and you're going to want to see this. As a matter of fact, if you see this car, I guarantee you're going to drive it off the lot today. You might as well turn around now and come here." I tell you what, he wasn't lying. I did want to see this and I drove off their lot in a gorgeous 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland that blew my 2021 out of the water. Once we left the Irving dealership, we arrived the the Freedom dealership in Sherman 20 minutes after they closed simply due to the commute and last minute call. Brad and Bird were outside eager to greet us, and in no way shape or form seemed in a rush. These gents were kind, friendly, professional, personable, and genuinely wanted to take care of us as the customers, and they excelled at all of it. The entire buying process was seamless and when shopping for future vehicles, they will always be my first stop moving forward. After an exhausting day, just bummed, and having dealt with a lot of salesman who really could have cared less about me and my buying experience, Brad and Bird were true God sends. The entire experience with them felt like getting a little wink from God. Thank you for the outstanding experience. 0 complaints from me, except, why didn't I call sooner?!
