While I was a little overwhelmed in the beginning as my 2022 jeep needed a part that was on backorder. The staff at Roger Williams was able to put things into perspective and me at ease. Although it took a while for the part to be received, the jeep was repaired earlier than expected. I will not hesitate to use them as my go to shop.

Roger Williams dealership in Weatherford TX was a great experience for me in every way possible. They didn't tack on any hidden fees or warranties...the sticker price was the final price in my case. I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. He is awesome and I highly recommend him. Yissell Medina also worked with me and did a great job. Last but not least, Jeff Miller in the Finance office was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.

Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy.
