Between Brandon McGill and Family Chryslers diligent finance department, I was literally able to sleep like a baby while my truck deal was set into motion .. No one bothered me as I slept , and when I woke up, my truck was ready and all I had to do was sign !! Brandon always taught me to keep car selling simple, and he sure made this car buying easy ! I was in Texas from Alabama visiting my fianc�e. On Saturday before I need to return to Alabama my check engine light came on. I went to the closest Ram service center and they stated they could not help me until Monday. I then contacted Rockwall DCJR they told me they were very busy, but if I could come in after 12:30 PM they would check to see what they could do. I was met by a service representative who was very pleasant. The representative left for a few mins and returned with a second person who plug into my vehicle I assume to see what the check engine light was. I was advised that it was possibly an update on the system they would update it and see if that would fix it. A couple of hours later I was given my keys and told I was ready to go. I was so pleased with my experience that I told my fianc�e that when I move to Texas and I buy a new Ram I was coming to Rockwall Ram ?.

My service advisor Justin was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to friends and family with CJR vehicles. And definitely ask for him On my next visit.

I stopped by on my lunch break and did the initail application steps. The vehicle was clean and they were up front about a few small issues. When I returned after work, the finance office had all of the info ready and worked to lower my interest rate as far as possible.

We didn?t have to interrupt our super busy schedules to go to the dealership 1 and a half hours away. They were so kind to hold onto the truck when it can In while my my husband was being a baby about not being able to finance it in his name only (That?s what happens when you don?t take care of you finances.) I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle. I drove out the next day to take a look at it where I meet up with jimmy. My over all experience was very good and Jimmy definitely made the overall experience much better. Any concern I had he made sure to address quickly and efficiently. I ended up driving off the lot with the bronco I had seen in the ad and a big part of that was due to Jimmy’s excellent customer service.
