We stopped in at McElveen Buick today for the first time, looking for an SUV and comparing vehicles with three other SUVs. Corry, the sales rep who greeted us. was really knowledgeable about not just his brand but the others as well. Moreover he was very time sensitive, as we requested, in view of the high temp outside today. We visited with our dog, a large Malamute, and we were welcomed with open arms! After a test drive, we met the mgr, discussed pricing and availability and all in a matter of minutes and no pressure. WOW! We definitely recommend this dealer!
Ladies looking for a new car and have no husband/father/brother to help? You really must try East Charlotte Nissan and ask for Zia Jaan. He was superb. Never got tired of my questions and I kept him busy answering them, believe-you-me. Their website is excellent, a great way to review inventory, pricing, and car features. I found the vehicle I wanted, emailed the dealer, and it was waiting for me the next morning. I'm kind of picky about car color so I knew they had what I wanted and I drove it home. Do your research before hand. There are many websites that will help you ask the right questions, critique the answers, review the automobiles, warranties, financing and help you determine the integrity of the dealership you're doing business with. If you know what to expect, you will realize that East Charlotte Nissan is a cut above. Zia was not only knowledgeable but incredibly patient. I had to take the car in for one item that I bought but that couldn't be applied the day of purchase. They called right away to schedule an appointment, had a FREE loaner waiting when I got there (just like they said they would), and were all around delightful - and courteous - to deal with. I have a friend who bought her Nissan last year from a different dealership and her experience wasn't nearly as pleasant as mine. Now I own the most beautiful Cayenne Red 2018 Murano that I am so proud of. Really glad I checked them out! I feel like I have a new friend...a friend that cares about my car as much as I do.
We were apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here but A.J. Franks and Cathy Hill were so helpful in answering our questions, taking photos, and following up on our requests so we decided to make the 900 mile trip each way and the car was everything they promised. It looks new and A.J. went beyond what you could ever expect. He was wonderful, kind, polite, patient and setting up services such as codes, Bluetooth, and explaining many things about the vehicle’s operation. We left a thrilled customer counting our blessings on the way home. The dealership personnel were polite and helpful and we were treated with great courtesies. I recently purchased by first new car at Capital Ford of Charlotte. My salesman Chance was incredibly helpful and met my every need. He listened to my budget and taste and worked with me so I went home with my beautiful red 2017 Ford Fiesta that I absolutely love!! Sales rep was very nice respectable. I just could not come to an agreement with the vehicle I wanted and at the budget i could afford.
GM ended up emailing me and lowering their offer but unfortunately I had already moved on another truck.

Mark was great helping me both times. He found out that I have a oil leak and told me how much it cost to be fixed. But at this time I cannot afford to get it fixed and he was very understanding.
3 months after buying an 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was hit and my Jeep was totaled. I was so upset and didn???t think with my horrible credit I???d ever be approved to finance a vehicle but, after speaking with Kelly over the phone I decided to take a chance and to visit her at the dealership. Best decision I???ve ever made. Kelly was beyond patient with me and answered all of my questions. She went out of her way to show me multiple vehicles. As a ???car dummy???, she not only helped me find a car that I never thought could be mine but, she educated me as well. This was my first time buying a car and just so happened to be on my birthday! I drove home a beautiful 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with a bonus $50 gift card!). I had an absolute amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!

For the first time had a great car buying experience. This dealership tells you exactly what their fees are and what your out of the door price is. No shady numbers or hidden fees. Furthermore the sales staff and management were very friendly and HONEST. We recently bought at 2016 Chevy and both the sales representatives that helped us were excellent. Maria Zapata (Client Service Manager) quickly responded to my initial inquiry and provided me with the information I requested. Wilberto Rodriguez was there to greet us and facilitated our test drive. Wilberto was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Jose "Pepo" Gonzalez completed the sale and was also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Joshua Gonzalez (sales manager) and David Martinez (finance manager) provided us with exceptional service and complimented the overall process. Already recommended them to my friends. 5 stars on follow up after the sale!

I went in for a scheduled oil change on my 2015 Compass and as I was waiting in the lobby I was approached by Fabian Diaz. I already knew what he was going to say because this has been tried before when I've went in for a service call. I was a bit tickled because I really did not want him wasting his time with me when he could have been working with someone who probably would have required less effort with the finance company but his first statement was "Let me do what I do, no negative thoughts only positive thoughts." So I sat and waited. Ryan Ganser (finance guy) came over and introduced himself and I expressed to him that this would probably be a hard sell so he perhaps should not waste his time. Ryan's words were "I am the money man, let me work my magic." I laughed and said "Okay but it will take a miracle." To make an already long story short, THEY WORKED THIER MAGIC! I drove off in a BRAND NEW 2017 Jeep Cherokee with all the goodies in it AND my 2015 Compass was PAID OFF! These guys worked hard and were so positive throughout the entire process. Awesome Work! Professional! Persistent! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way around!
As a first time New car buyer, I can say this was the most pleasurable and easy going process. I am 22 years old and I didn't know squat about car buying. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Zak Smith, he made the car buying process a breeze and enjoyment. He answered all my questions and had a completely glass window approach to financial technicalities.
I originally came to find a car that helped me relive my High School glory days. Originally it was a 5.0 Mustang that caught my eye, but it didn't have that spark of excitement that I was looking for. Zak sat down with me and we explored a few cars and he brought me to a 2018 Charger Daytona 392. That car sealed the deal for me.
There was never a feeling of being pre-approved. Which means that I never felt like I was being profiled by the dealership. That is what won me over the most. I'm a young guy and most dealerships I went to did not take me seriously or didn't go to the lengths that Zak extended himself to. I was always treated with dignity and respect the whole time. The people at this dealership genuinely care about your car buying experience and helping find you what is the best fit for your budget, as well as your personality type. I will be buying another car from them in the future.
We had a great test drive experience with this dealership. They were prompt and attentive when I contacted them about a vehicle and had several questions. Upon arrival to for the test drive we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who told us where the kids play room was (our four year was with us) and the beverage bar. Mark helped us and was very easy to work with and friendly, not pushy, but eager to help us find an alternative vehicle when the one we came to look at wasn't the one. Although we didn't buy here, I would definitely come back for a visit if they had the right vehicle.
Casual friendly salesman and no real pressure to buy made this a good experience. The whole thing felt like an honest discussion about the car which I ultimately ended up buying. Overall very pleased!
