i bought a jeep from here and i was unsure of the vehicle i wanted at first but after i was there i was able to test drive a few different cars and figured i loved the jeep i bought i had a budget that i couldn't pass and the car was more than that budget but after i sat with Pablo we were able to get it under my budget beyond grateful for them as i am still driving the car to this day with no problems but i recently went back and bought a car for my son i all went very smooth and i don't have any complaints i would totally recommend them and i will be going back for my next vehicle happily

Took my car in for horn not working on a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Joe very helpful with providing a loaner car as they needed it overnight and ready next day by noon.. Very appreciative of both Joe and Stacy who have always been very helpful!

I bought a Ram ProMaster from Royal Motors was such an easy experience and I never felt pressured at all. Leo was very easy to deal with as well as his dad. After we decided on a price they wouldn't let me take it home until their mechanic made sure everything was working properly. The last thing that I appreciated was about a week after picking up the van Leo called me to let me know the auction dealer delivered an extra set of keys. Overall I felt they were looking for a lifelong customer rather than just making a one time sale.

Love this truck get way more for your money then you do with any other car manufacturer And I believe is more reliable And can do all the work you will need it to do

I LOVE YOU JENNY SCHEELE! Does that say enough? Lol. When I worked with Jenny on getting my 17 Explorer last summer I wasn’t expecting to see her until 2020.. I was in a small fender bender that to my surprise was deemed a total loss a year later! If you saw it you’d never think it was either. The moment I got the news I was so upset I called Jenny as I didn’t know what to do.. “Don’t worry we gotcha girl” is what I can remember hearing..I clearly saw her face as she said it too.. If you know her then you know the look ;) Fast forward less than a week later she introduced me to my new 18 Explorer Limited which had everything I wanted and more.. Jenny made a stressful moment for me feel like it never happened and as if it were 2020 and we were going onto my next vehicle. She was there to answer any of my questions I had, which there were many (I would even refer to myself as the “Pain in the a**”), she even answered after her work hours which goes above and beyond the call of duty.. Dan and Nick were good to work with. Recently purchased a Volvo. When I test drove the car there were a few issue as most used cars have. They had each issued fixed when I picked up the SUV.

It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

Knowledgeable, friendly, honest staff; always fast yet thorough. Never try to sell unnecessary service. In o Dr 15 years, I have never had a bad experience at Baron. Highly recommend!
