I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. I purchased an aura xr v6, 2009 with 65,000 miles. it is the top one, including some wireless headphones, dual Chrome exhaust with 6 speed auto with steering shifters and great sound system. this car is a joy to ride and it is well mantained, the parts are really cheap because it shares platforms with malibu/g6/impala, shocks, brakes, body, etc. it runs AMAZINGLY, doesn't save gas but for the power is a nice trade willing to make. It looks better than bmw serie 3 of those years by far and runs faster. the only bad thing is that the car is limited to 115 mph, the competition the top is after 140mph. just that's it. excellent ride

I bought a 2009 Aura XE in 2010 and so far I have put 200010 miles on it. Bought it used with 30000 miles. It is by far the best, most reliable car I've owned and it is still running strong. Nothing but routine maintenance. I've changed spark plugs once and I change the oil and filter every 3000-4000 miles. I've changed the wiper motor once and a sensor once. I've owned a few brand new cars but none were as good as this one. Garage kept so that may contribute to it lasting for 14 years. But it's been a great car.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

This car has paddle shifter, heated seats and good mileage. I haven't had any problems with this car. Lots of legroom. I would recommend my friend to get this car

Definitely didn't hate driving this car on a daily basis. Having the last model year ever made, there's just something about driving a car that you know you will never see a newer version of on the road that's very satisfying (since Saturn was shut down). I can't speak for other models, but my Aura was super reliable. Up to 150k miles on it now and nothing major ever went wrong with it. It's a shame that Saturn went under since some of their later models that came out seemed to be the best looking. It's just a great, unique enough looking car that sets it apart from the Hondas and Toyotas on the road, especially for the price.

Bought for 4700 at 60.000 miles very clean comfy quiet drove for year. The power steering went out replaced tires and the wheel bearing at 2years! Now needs breaks and some regular maintenance. Over all very stylish and runs very strong. Great on gas. And have drove cross country. Recently changed battery. Over all the car has been very reliable now has 127.00 miles. Passing it onto my collage s daughter for collage . Hope it last at least another year. Air ice cold the sunroof has been cool feature. Highly recommend

This car was everything I was looking for at this stage of my life. It had 3 owners but no accidents and only 96,000 miles. This car is known to be reliable. The exterior and interior are nothing too fancy but it has the necessities (functioning windows, A/C, mid size sedan space, decent trunk space, etc). Saturn is no longer in business so some have had issues finding parts and repairs may be expensive. But as Saturn was part of GMC, it may not be as difficult as one might think.

I bought the car I had to put in a radiator water pump and thermostat. I did the work myself cost me less than 300 bucks and in the shop it would’ve cost me $3000. I’ve never done anything else to the car except tires and an oil change constantly and I have 190,000 miles and it starts right up no problems and the motor is very powerful for the car

Meets all comfort zones! Even for my dog Chloé! I call my car Coco Shan’t tell! Plenty of leg room, easy access to get in and out, heating in winter and cooling in summer is prompt!

People like to hate on Saturns, but I’ve owned two now and I love them. They’re very innovative designs and have always gotten great mileage. This one is a little short on headroom but it still fits five grown adults.

2008 Aura XE V6 is by far an outstanding vehicle, 170,000 miles with no costly repairs. Dependable even after grandchildren have been in the back, body of the car has no rusting or paint chipping. Odd things have come up such as the rear brake light in back window went out. The GM dealer was unsure if they could find a replacement bulb and no one knew how to get to the bulb to replace. Keyless entry only works on three doors and the trunk after 170k miles. Plenty of power, plenty of comfort, plenty of country road miles.

I absolutely love my Saturn Aura XR. I bought it brand new and have traveled many states and long distances in it. It is very comfortable on long trips with very good fuel mileage. The interior is lovely and I love the heated leather seats. I also love the fact that the rear and side lights dim at night. I have had it for 10 years and I'm told,it still looks like a new vehicle. People are really surprised when I tell them it is 10 years old. The paint has held up beautifully.

My son looked at cars and was not hassled. People answered questions for him. He bought a 2014 Kia FORTE 5 EX hatchback. Blue, ha is happy!
