First, I truly appreciated to these salesmen (Todd & Neil) & the great manager, Bruce who extremely nice to help us. There were excellent services that they provided to us (me & my wife). They listenned carefully from our concerns & provided all necessary information that we needed in a very quickly response. They didn't go around the burst for playing around with numbers here and there. They are straightforward, professional and helpful to facilitate us to make our good deals very easily. I couldn't believe that we showed up late night around 8:40p at the dealer store to trade in our old car & buy a new car for my wife. And luckily we met the very nice manager, Bruce, who greeted us at the front door who introduced us all the details from the new features to the current promotions about the new car, Toyota Avalon. And that was more than enough for us to grasp our deals quickly. It only took us less than 10 mins to get our deals of both trading & buying cars. Neil & Todd were the excellent salepersons who were good in technical support process. They followed up on me from emails, signed up on-line accounts & registrations as needed for the new owner. Also they took time to walk me through most of the safety features and the basic setup until I was ready to run on my own. They are my contacts now if any relatives or friends who need new cars I definitely will think of these people at this dealer on top of my list. Once again, it's great to meet the right people who made our day come true! And we truly appreciate it for the big help that the sale team in Toyota dealership in Richardson has provided to us! 5 stars plus! Pickup guy turned xb dude. Getting on the highway? No problem. Roomy? Surprisingly! Handles like a go cart in the best sense. Your town approving ridiculously tight parking lots at box store campuses? A snap! Ranch roads? Please. (Mine isn't lowered like my kid's) All my friends could not believe I bought one! If I bought one, you should give it a shot! Lastly, it don't kill my back like all other cars seem to. 4 hour trip to S.F. Let's go!

James Holliman (Service Director) and Alan Bostley (Sr. Service Advisor) as well as the entire service dealership have gone above and beyond the call of duty once again. If there is an error, they will own up to it and fix it. During my service this past week, they fixed an oil leak from the oil drain pan, changed the oil, did a complimentary 21 point inspection and refinished my headlights; all done exceptionally well and they answered all my questions and provided pertinent information as not to get the headlights wet for 48 hours. Their entire staff are all friendly and approachable if you have any questions and / or concerns about anything with your auto or truck... Great work everyone!!!! By the way... I've been a customer of theirs for almost 30 years and pretty much the same staff is in place. That right there should tell you how well Glen Barnett, James Holliman and the Toyota Corporation treat their employees; of which has a direct correlation on how well they treat their customers. I've found them to be ethical and honest in all of their dealings with me over the time I've been a customer with them.

Purchased vehicle specifically for a 30 mile commute. Best traffic vehicle I have ever driven. Responsive and quick. Maneuverability is excellent and necessary considering that NO ONE in traffic pays attention to the road any more. Most people are on their cell phones. Observe for yourself, if you are not too busy being the person causing problems in traffic because you are on your phone instead of paying attention to the ROAD.

Friendly to work with. Answered the phone each time I called to inquire about a truck. Had stored the truck in their warehouse garage, which kept it in good condition. I owned the 22008 and it met all my needs. Fast off the mark, great gas mileage and compares with most SUVs for space. The areas of the engine I need to get to (oil wiper fluid air filter) are not hidden and easily accessed. Great in Wisconsin winter.

I just purchased a new Subaru Forester XT from this dealership on Saturday 1/30. I had previously spoken to Darrell via phone and corresponded through email about the Subaru Outback. I test drove a Outback at a different dealership the night before, and what a difference! I won't speak ill of the other dealership as nothing was terribly wrong - but at Subaru of Plano they got everything right. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were taken care of. We were offered water or a soda from a couple of different people before we met up with Darrell. When the first salesmen we encountered learned we were there to meet with Darryl, he was not off put or suddenly disinterested - he was still kind and professional making sure we connected with Darrell. All prior discussions with Darrell had been about the outback, but when I decided I preferred the Forester and a particular one on the lot, Darrell quickly got the keys and let us test drive it. We weren't told what route we had to take, how quickly we had to get it back, it was just very smooth and relaxing. Darrell was very knowledgeable about the vehicle but more importantly he took the time to get to know us. He was very friendly and inquisitive and asked all the right questions to see why this car would be the best fit for us. When we decided we liked the XT touring package he didn't immediately try to start warning us about cost and payment, he just said -" let me see what I can do. I'll beat the interest rate you were quoted (and he did) and I'll help you get your payments where you want them (and he did)". The whole experience was quick and easy. We weren't expecting to purchase that day and we were in a hurry to pick up our children for a birthday party. The dealership didn't take any longer than necessary to get the sale done. The finance manager was very kind. We did opt to up the warranty to 80,000 miles since we keep our cars for about 10 years. Being the end of the month I expected to have the employees push that "sense of urgency" on us, but I never felt that. Everything about the dealership I would recommend, it was clean, "pet friendly" great inventory, and most importantly the genuine helpful staff.

I've owned two of the scion xb's. But the second one I found off of cars.com. It was exactly what I needed for my family if 4. I got into an accident in November, which was a severe accident. The car maneuvered well and every airbag deployed (all the way around the inside of the vehicle). I will be searching on cars.com for my 3rd Scion xB !

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Scion has a lot of room. I like it because it’s boxy. Good for driving around the city. Good on gas and easy to maneuver. Decent price if your on a budget.
