This place is the best. My wife I were heading home to Minneapolis after a road trip, and after blowing the engine on our 98 Subaru in Beresford, we had it towed to Schulte for a final verdict. They made time in their full schedule for us as we were on the road, and they were extremely friendly when we arrived, made us comfortable with snacks and drinks, took a look at it for free (it was blown...), gave us a free ride to the airport to get a rental car, and not once did they try to pressure us into buying a new car from them. As if all this wasn't enough, they also had me mail them the title from Minneapolis so they could arrange for the salvage to come pick it up, then send us the salvage check. They gave their all for folks they KNEW were not going to buy anything from them. If I lived in Sioux Falls, they would be my go-to dealership and service shop. If you live in Sioux Falls, make them yours.
We recently purchased a new 2018 Subaru Outback 3.6 Touring. We found the staff at Schulte Subaru very helpful. We were impressed with the Safety features with this vehicle and with the the Subaru staff that helped us to learn to set and utilize these new features. We had a very positive experience.
I recently bought a Subaru Legacy, my salesman Terry Mattkey and Jason sales manager were excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend Terry , Jason and Schulte Subaru. We averaged over 35 miles per gallon on the way home from Rapid City.
I bought a new Crosstrek for my wife and came in this Subaru Dealer on Black Friday 2018. We arrived about 8:45am, but they said Black Friday's hours was over (?).Since we were interested in Subaru and want to get one that special day. We eventually met Bill Klozik a sale consultant in the lot. He was very well informed and experienced guy. Helped us to find the right car. With help from his Internet Sale Manager Dustin Cox, he made our buying experience went smoothly as it should. We do recommend these two men.

We just bought a new Pacifica limited from Meador and there is nothing to say except that this experience was absolutely the best. We shopped around 4 or 5 dealers who always had some problem with their quotes when it came time to sign the paperwork or flat-out refused to provide a quote on a car until we came into the dealer (even though they didn't have the car we wanted). We expected the same from Meador but we were blown away by the difference. Seth James found us a van 250 miles away and pulled out all the stops on pricing. He emailed me a price below their competior's "invoice" AND let us have $2,000 in rebates that the competitors tried to convince me didn't exist. All this wrapped up in 0% interest and 0 dealer adds! He even got us extra tinting and was able to match the best offer we got on our trade-in. We were skeptical when we came in to sign the paperwork as the other dealers tried to change the deal on us at the last minute. NONE of this happened at Meador. When we signed the paperwork with Meador our payment was actually 2 bucks lower than we were quoted for 0% at 60 months. Seth James went over and above without us even asking! I may be changing my next car to a Chrysler if this is how Meador does business.
I just purchased a new Subaru Forester XT from this dealership on Saturday 1/30. I had previously spoken to Darrell via phone and corresponded through email about the Subaru Outback. I test drove a Outback at a different dealership the night before, and what a difference! I won't speak ill of the other dealership as nothing was terribly wrong - but at Subaru of Plano they got everything right. From the moment my husband and I walked in we were taken care of. We were offered water or a soda from a couple of different people before we met up with Darrell. When the first salesmen we encountered learned we were there to meet with Darryl, he was not off put or suddenly disinterested - he was still kind and professional making sure we connected with Darrell. All prior discussions with Darrell had been about the outback, but when I decided I preferred the Forester and a particular one on the lot, Darrell quickly got the keys and let us test drive it. We weren't told what route we had to take, how quickly we had to get it back, it was just very smooth and relaxing. Darrell was very knowledgeable about the vehicle but more importantly he took the time to get to know us. He was very friendly and inquisitive and asked all the right questions to see why this car would be the best fit for us. When we decided we liked the XT touring package he didn't immediately try to start warning us about cost and payment, he just said -" let me see what I can do. I'll beat the interest rate you were quoted (and he did) and I'll help you get your payments where you want them (and he did)". The whole experience was quick and easy. We weren't expecting to purchase that day and we were in a hurry to pick up our children for a birthday party. The dealership didn't take any longer than necessary to get the sale done. The finance manager was very kind. We did opt to up the warranty to 80,000 miles since we keep our cars for about 10 years. Being the end of the month I expected to have the employees push that "sense of urgency" on us, but I never felt that. Everything about the dealership I would recommend, it was clean, "pet friendly" great inventory, and most importantly the genuine helpful staff.
Got appointment scheduled, dropped car off for service and picked up my clean, freshly washed car 30 minutes before the promised finish time. No drama and very systematic. Just the way it should be.

Wallace has been the dealership of choice for five cars in my family. I tried my local dealership first and several online before trying Wallace. The internet manager was very helpful in answering all my questions. When I arrived in person, Trevor was the salesman that approached me. Lucky me!!! This past Saturday I brought my friend up to Wallace imports of Johnson City. Jake had been turned down at every other dealership because of his lower credit score. From the time my wife and I walked into the dealership we were treated like a friend by everybody we talked to. The sales representative we worked with, Ed Schockley, was unbelievably helpful. He answered all the questions we had about the various vehicles that were available. We were undecided on whether we should buy or lease and that is when we met Gradey Jarret and he and Ed told us about the benefits of each type of transaction for us. The conversation included a lot of personal stories and again we felt like we were working with long time friends. Gradey finally said you know it sounds like the lease would be the best plan for you, so what can we do to make this work for you? We told him what we needed and he made it happen for us right there. My wife and I looked at each other and said, well then let's do it and we signed the lease papers and left with a new Kia. It was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. I was interested in trading in my Q50 to reduce my expenses and get myself into a more reliable vehicle with great space, MPG, and cheap insurance. I met all these marks with the C-HR. Although I can be a tough client at negotiating, Serge and Kent were awesome at trying to find a middle ground where everyone wins. I was able to minimize my trade loss and come out with a great 60 month 0% APR loan and reduced my monthly expenses by at least $50-$70 from my 2014 Q50; however, I had a new 2018 C-HR! Great job, guys.

I have been doing business with Sheehy Subaru for 3 years. I was a life-long Jeep fan until they got so big and bulky. I did my homework and wanted a really safe car because I am a medical professional with frequent trips at all hours. I loved my 2015 Outback so much that I just purchased the 2018 Outback. It's even better than the 2015. Chris Laporte was my salesperson and he is the "REAL DEAL!" He took the time to sit me down and explain every aspect of the car even though I thought I was aware of the features. I'm so glad that he did. While the Dealership is important, it's the people there who really care. I bought the car from Chris, not the company. Trevor services my car and makes it so easy for me. Service at Sheehy is amazing. Trevor and Ahmad have been my service professionals and they are consistently outstanding. Even my husband, a die-hard Jeep fan, is buying his next car, the Subaru Ascent from Chris.
