My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Our first experience with this dealership was for a recall on our 2013 Outback. From the initial phone call to Glenn in service through to the completion of the recall, everyone in the service department was great. While there Glenn introduced us to Travis in sales. Travis, who is extremely knowledgeable of Subaru's, spent a great deal of time showing us the features of new Outbacks and answering our many questions. We were considering a new vehicle at some point, probably a year down the road. We went back to see Travis a couple of weeks after the recall service to ask more questions and to do a test drive. We were planning to become a one vehicle family and wanted to see if we should rule the Outback in or out of contention. Well, after careful consideration, and a great buying experience, we drove our new 2018 Outback home that afternoon! To make our trade transition easier for us Travis rode with us to our home to pickup our trade thus saving us a trip back to the dealership (45 miles one-way). Service with a smile! Dusty was very informative during the financing process and made the process simple and enjoyable. Tina's training session relating to the many features of navigation, media, and security was excellent. We were looking for a great car and a great Dealership and we found both!

With an immediate need for a replacement vehicle, after being in a 4 car collision, I had two make and model in mind. I wanted one that is safe and affordable. I checked out the first make but the safety features I was looking for was not available and it was not affordable. I then went to the second make, which was Subaru Superstore in Surprise. Travis met us at the parking lot with a firm handshake and a smile. He wasn't pushy and I felt at easy with him. He then showed us the model I wanted and to my surprise he showed us the engine, briefed us on how it is made and how the brakes and engine was structured that should there be a collision I would be safe. I was so impressed with his know how of the vehicle. Charles Inman joined us and assured us that we have approached the right place and further assured us that they will make it affordable for us so we can go home with a Subaru. Indeed, they made it easy and to my surprise, for a car that was full of the safety features that I was looking for, it was affordable. It did not end there. Before I could drive it home, Tina showed me the dashboard and explained how each and every switch works and she even helped me with installing the app on my phone to be synchronized to the vehicle. I have never experienced such in my having to lease vehicles in the past. I was just so impressed. Thereafter, paper works were processed and Shelby made it easy for us to complete the required document. Finally, we were on our way with my brand new Quartz Blue Pearl colored 2018 Subaru Forester. For Subaru of Surprise I could say the staff was so accommodating and helpful the place was clean and orderly and the snack they served was delicious. Our overall experience that day was just great!! And we thank the Lord for everything that happened that day :)

Everyone was pleasant, congenial, easy-going, and professional. No one applied any pressure to buy immediately or at their price. We just discussed what I was looking for and what they had to offer. When it came time for the Sales Manager to come out and close the deal, he was low-key and conversational. We did some friendly negotiating and quickly came to a mutually acceptable price. It helped that I had done a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted and that I had consulted Kelley Blue Book online (kbb.com) to find out their invoice price and the value of my trade-in. They treated me with respect and I left feeling that this was the best car-purchase experience I've ever had (in 50+ years of buying cars). Some other things to note: This location has been open only about 6 months, so it is large, clean, and well-appointed. The service area is bigger than any other I've ever seen, and it has a large waiting room with comfortable chairs, a large table for eight people at a time to use laptops and charge devices, and a large array of beverages and snacks (including healthy items such as fruit). Although it doesn't have a lot of inventory on site yet, it is a branch of the Subaru Superstore of Chandler. So, they can bring out vehicles from Chandler in just a couple hours. They also have a training specialist on-site, who spent over an hour helping me to customize this vehicle and teaching me how to use all the technology.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I have had many new vehicles over the years but none surpass my 2014 BRZ and now my 2018 Outback 3.6R. It is powerful, quiet, comfortable and, in black silica, truly good looking, especially for a crossover SUV. As before, when I purchased the BRZ ( what a monsterously fun vehicle!), everyone was cordial and non invasive when I came in to browse. My former Suoerstore go-to, Jason, had moved on to mange the Porsche dealership next door but he asked John Barrivecchio to help me find the right Outback. John was and is a fabulous agent: Cordial, open, completely honest and forthcoming and very knowledgeable and informative. He answered every question and often anticipated most of them before asked. I had done a good deal of research and knew that if I was buying, the 3.6R V6 was the only vehicle that would have the power needed to get out of potential accidents before they happened. I also found that the safety and warning features surpass all other auto makers anywhere near it's class. John confirmed this as did the financial individual who owned the same vehicle. One side note: during negotiations my wife came in with her WRX to ask if the damage to the clear coat was still under warranty. She was upset, and John went straight to the manager of that department and asked him to please deal with it. He did so instantly to the immense satisfaction of my spouse. As John put it, "If we can't help our own customers, who can we help?" Sure, it was a convenient thing to say, but I totally believe him and trust in the associates at the Subaru Superstore. in short, I recommend them without reservation.

My experience from the time my wife and I drove on the lot was over the top great!!! Our salesman Bill East was kind and listened to what we had to say and answered our questions completely. His product knowledge was excellent. We did not purchase the 2016 Outback that day. We wanted to think it over for a few days. Bill was more that ok with that and did not pressure us one bit. I really mean that, NO pressure!!!! What?? :) A few days later I texted Bill and then called to put a down payment on the car. The actual purchase day was smooth as silk. They were prepared for our arrival not only with the paper work but the vehicle was ready and waiting in the Delivery Garage. That's right, they have a Delivery Garage. We ended up leaving the car for another 5 days for a few upgrades of our choosing. Again, everything was ready as promised. Since the purchase of the car we have been invited back to the dealership for informational classes on how to operate and use the multitude of functions that the cars offers. Question and answer time for us to help us maximize our Subaru experience. There was food and snack available during this visit. I have also had my first service which was a most excellent experience as well. I was made comfortable, offered coffee, water and some snacks while I waited. I thought, geeez, this is just too much fun. Who has fun at the dealership????? Right? Well, I do. My car was ready in an hour as promised. They washed the outside and not some cheesy wash either. It was clean and the tires conditioned as well. Cool. Then I got in and they had cleaned the inside as well. Whoot whoot. What a great way to start my day. I believe that the Subaru Superstore figured out how to do it right all the way around. I left that last day in a clean car and happy, advertising for Subaru. They intended it that way and it worked!!!!! Before I left I suggested that they do a "happy hour" (no alcohol) , so I could bring my friends.......... Side note: My first car was a 1976 Subaru. Let's just say I put it thought it's paces. I've heard rumor that is is still running around in Montana still!!!! (there have been sightings!!!) Now I am back in a 2016 Outback. My 1997 Outback is still going strong, but I wanted a car with current safety features. I went to several dealerships and test drove different makes and models before contacting Daniel Falls at the Chandler Subaru Superstore regarding the CrossTrek. The 2017 models did not have the color (orange!) I was hoping for, so I waited for the 2018 models to arrive. Unlike one dealer near my home, Daniel gave me the space & time to find just the right car: 2018 CrossTrek in Sunshine Orange with a moonroof and all the latest safety features. The car is perfect for my lifestyle. The dealership is bright, clean and conveniently located near the 202 freeway. The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable & professional, and have been extremely helpful with the purchase, explaining the car's many features, and the introduction to their service department.

My husband and I had a great experience! Charles and Shelby Lane helped over the phone and stayed true to the price and payment quoted over the phone. Our car was ready for us when we got there and they gave us nice seat covers! We love our new car! Driving with all the sensors made driving easier. Thanks to Tina VanDyke I knew how to operate the vehicle before I left the lot! 😊 Thomas Mandrell made signing so easy with their state of the art work technology! Everyone was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were offered water, Starbucks coffee, cookies and snacks. I love the nice new facility and mostly the staff. We love our car and the 0 percent financing! 😊

I drove home and it was amazing. The vehicle rode so smooth and it was a nice ride back home. I am so glad that I went to speak with Pamela, she helped me so much. She was patient and very nice to us.
