Used 2022 Subaru Ascent SUVs for sale near Glenview, IL

AMAZED! 5 Stars! I’ve been car shopping off and on for 6 months, I’ve watched hours of car reviews on you tube and talked to tons of owners on Facebook groups, test drove new and used, sedans, crossovers and finally Outback’s. I was close to buying about 4 different vehicles over the last 3 months but the sales people and finance managers soured my taste for even wanting to buy anything from a dealership. I was able to get a email quote and set up a time to test drive the different trims with Gabriel Talpos. He was with a customer when I arrived and with in a minuet I was asked if I needed help unlike some dealers. Jeff Schade showed me all about the Outback’s and patiently answered all my questions and we even got to experience some Subaru like down pours. It was close to closing so I came back Saturday to try the Wilderness and it checked all the boxes, plus for me it had the most amazing acceleration of all the outback trims. Jeff was super patient and not pushy at all, the managers made a great offer that I didn’t even have to bargain for. The last part Finance managers.. always so scary. I worked with Chris Thomas, he was super pleasant! Quick and not pushy either, very friendly. I’ve never ever had a finance manager expierence that didn’t leave me with dread and being pushed around, so it was refreshing! Everyone I met at Grand Subaru was friendly and I can’t say enough about how different this dealership is for the better. I recommend you give them a shot and test drive some Subarus, they definitely don’t get the attention they should!

Purchase our Ascent June of 2022 ,love the vehicle it now has little over 44,000 miles on it put new tires on at 29,000 not because of wear but for long trips,brakes are still in great shape at last inspection,we are retired but travel with our dog companion,this car has traveled to New Mexico across to Florida and to Florida every winter and also to Maine and the comfort is just fantastic and our overall gas mileage is twenty five MPG and yes when and if we need to trade it will be another Subaru!

Car shopping has always been one of those stressful experiences. Along with dealing salesman who tries to sale you anything with wheels. Well I lucked out and finally dealt with someone respectful and wasn’t over bearing. Chris Krason Very helpful throughout the process. He even allowed us to take the car to our mechanic. Needless to say, we purchased Our daughter, her first car. And when if I’m in the market again for another vehicle, I will definitely Chris again.

I'm still driving the 2019 Ascent with 56k miles. Other than a few recalls handled quickly, no issues whatsoever. Dependable, quiet, performance, comfort. I just had a loaner of the 2023 Ascent Touring model and I was amazed at the improvements. While I am keeping and love my 2019, the 2023 has improved handling, quieter, the transmission is certainly smoother and a solid and comfortable ride. Perhaps it has to due with the Touring model. I am not certain. I find my Subaru dealer to be honest, supportive and with an educated staff. This Ascent is large, which I enjoy immensely and without any family. The fit and finish is outstanding and the dash is quality components. No cheap plastic knobs or low grade materials. I would encourage you to test drive one today.

Customer service was great. Waiting area was really nice and packed with snacks. An awesome job was done on the complete detail of my car and other services.

Great SUV. Very comfortable, Performance is acceptable. I am 6' 2" and I have plenty of leg room. Even have to move driver seat forward to drive. Auto adjust feature for driver seat is nice. Wish it included side mirrors also. Only drawback I find is the gas mileage. In this day of soaring gas prices it is a huge downside.

The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I purchased a 96 Caprice from this dealer.....buying experience was top notch. They answered all of my many questions about the car, negotiated price with me and had the car delivered in record time. The vehicle arrived in an enclosed trailer, was clean and ran perfectly. There were no issues with the car that I found. Normal wear and tear for a 21 year old car but very clean and taken care of. We had an amazing experience here getting an Outback with Iustin. They were very busy, but the whole team was very helpful and easy to work with. Much better than many other dealers we interacted with as a part of our buying process. No weirdness or tricks in the process and we were quite impressed.

Had to find car quickly. I asked for no nonsense pricing and was able to get a new Outback with 0.9 financing and was out within an hour or so. Great customer service.
