I have to say that this dealerships service center has treated me great and made me love my subaru again. I'll start my story by saying that I have had ongoing issues with my 13' crosstrek since 10000 miles. my subaru was purchased in Virginia so that is not being blamed on ertle at all. when I did service my car in VA the service was horrible. 1 year later I moved to NY. This was the dealership that I notified the problem of an extended crank and clunk upon starting, this was also when the problem began. I took my car in to feders subaru in Middletown NY....for a simple oil change.....there was a horrible odor after driving my car.....turns out they had poured oil all over my engine and it was burning. has to take it back and get it cleaned...went back again for low coolant....they claimed it wasn't low....lol. they had filled it and told me I was wrong. I never went back.. changed my dealership to colonialSubaru in Kingston ny....their service department had me drive over an hour each way countless times to try and fix the crank and clunk...over 5 times...and it was never ever fixed even after they brought in a " special" service guy......not to mention the terrible attitudes of their service department . I honestly had given up on this issue ever being fixed...and was planning to sell my car and never get another subaru again. i have owned 2 subarus prior to this one...and was also raised in a family driving subarus....and loved them. yet this experience had me so angry and I couldn't believe 2 dealerships couldn't fix the problem which would at times leave me stranded with my car not starting. I ended up moving to PA and found ertle subaru and thank God I did. they fixed the extended crank issue in 1 visit. . yes a single visit. I take my car to them for everything I need and they are so professional and knowledgeable. Bill and James at the desk listen to everything you are saying and convey that to the service men in back. I can say this dealerships service center is amazing and has changed my opinion of newer subarus. They have my car in tip top shape...and I love it again....no longer want to sell it. also, when I am ready for a newer model....i will be purchasing from Ertle.

Nicole Vieira originally called me about Subaru's Upgrade Program as my 2015 Forester could be upgraded to a 2017 model. She was quite friendly and helpful over the phone and spent all the time I needed to ask questions and clarify the whole process. She then handed me over to Nick Spiezio as I had spoken to him before about the program and finally decided to get serious about it. I also spoke with AJ Marvelli at that earlier time. AJ spoke to me about the lease program so I could consider that path also. Both AJ and Nick were very friendly and patient, making the whole process informative and pleasant. When I revisited Nick on 6/22/2017, he very patiently went over what we had talked about earlier and went into much more detail. He spent literally hours with me! Since AJ was not available at the time, he went over the leasing option with me too. I decided that I wanted to go the leasing route. He also brought in Kyle Booser to give me more I put on the leasing path as Nick said that leasing was not his area of expertise. Kyle was equally friendly and helpful. In the end, I decided to go the leasing route, so Nick looked at my 2015 Forester and worked out the numbers for leasing. Then he handed me back to Kyle Booser handled all the financial and legal paperwork (a LOT of documents!). He explained each document to me before I signed it, allowed me to read whatever I wanted before I signed it, and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He stayed until after 10 pm to get everything finished so that I could drive out with the new vehicle! Moxk stayed also to help finish everything up. Plus Nick also moved most if the "junk" in my old car into my new car--no mean feat! Both Nick and Kyle went over and above the call of duty which I appreciated very much! Great people to work with!! I haven't found one person at this dealership who isn't friendly and very helpful. Great dealership!!'

At the end of June my daughter and I were travelling from Philadelphia back home to Buffalo in her 2015 Suburu Legacy. We hit a large piece of wood on the Turnpike about an hour west of Allentown, PA going 75 MPH. The Suburu, very fortunately, handled the impact extremely well, but we knew there had to be some damage. This was INCREDIBLY FRIGHTENING. We thought we only had a flat tire. Called AAA who put on spare But told us we needed to get a tire to travel back to Buffalo. Went to tire dealer who told us rim too damaged to replace tire. Called all area Suburu Dealerships. Ciocca was the only t have the rim we needed. When we arrived at Ciocca, we were greeted by Assistant Service Manager Maura Janicki. She immediately could see that we were both very upset by these events. She was amazing. It was like she was welcoming us as family into her home. She gave us water. She arranged for us to take a loaner to get something to eat nearby while they worked on the car. While we were eating, she called telling us the damage was much more severe under the car and parts not availalbe until next day. We returned to dealership and told her we had to return to Buffalo for work and would be renting a car and returning on Saturday to pick up car. Maura wouldn't hear of it - she arranged for us to take home a brand new loaner to insure a comfortable ride. This woman deserves the customer service award of the year! When we returned to pick up the car on Saturday, we were told that after the repairs were done, the test drive proved that the wheel bearing needed to be replaced as well! All said and done, we looked over the bill and were astonished how fair and reasonable the pricing was. I wish we lived closer to Ciocca Suburu. They would HANDS DOWN have every bit of auto business from us in the future. I must also give praise to Chris Hatsis who also assisted me with this ordeal and Jess Miller. Both were just as caring and kind. THANK YOU MAURA, for your care and kindness. THANK YOU CIOCCA for your above and beyond service.

From the moment that I contacted the dealership, I knew this was going to be the place that I purchased my newest vehicle from. When Ilona took my call, she made me have a feeling that I was in the right place. She was very knowledgeable and when she did not know the answer to something she was completely honest and advised me that she would get the answer. Ilona scheduled my appointment for 1145 AM and set me up with Alyssa Bragg. As I was about to depart my residence for the dealership, I received a phone call from Alyssa who wanted to make sure I was aware of their location and she also wanted to know if I had any questions or concerns she could address before I arrived. I have purchased other cars in the past but have never had a favorable experience as such before arriving at the dealership. Once I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly greeted by Alyssa as she led me to her desk to have a brief conversation. Alyssa is a very upbeat and energetic person and will make you feel right at home and comfortable. She was easy to have conversation with and she was also very knowledgeable. The one thing I appreciated about my experience with Alyssa is that she personalized it. From having the car ready to show and to go with my name tagged on the mirror. Alyssa also made this a superb buying experience because not one minute did I ever feel a bit of pressure from her nor did she try to "upsell" or change my mind on my selected vehicle. I have purchased vehicles ranging from Ford to Cadillac and I have never had an experience quite like the one I experienced today. The sincerity in the dealership is second to none as it has a "family" feeling as everyone is so courteous and friendly. Alyssa made this experience worthwhile and I was in and out the door in about two (2) hours. There is no question of where I will be buying my next vehicle from and the associate that I will be dealing with. Ciocca Subaru and Alyssa with be who I recommend to anyone that I know that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. If this dealership has other associates like Alyssa, they are truly built for success! I belong to Costco, and they have this Auto Buying Program. So I selected the car I was looking for and not long after I received an email from the staff from Ciocca Subaru. Nicole reached out to me as well and she was very pleasant. I told her that I would like to work with Greg Fichter, based on what I read. We planned on meeting the following weekend and unfortunately something came up that I had to postpone it. Then Nicole reached out to me again and the timing couldn't have been better. From the first time we spoke I was in an auto accident and my car was totaled. So we scheduled an appointment to meet with Greg Fichter. We went to the Allentown location to meet and test drive the Impreza I was inquiring about this past Saturday, 5/6/17. I was also interested in a lease so Greg along with the finance manger Kyle went over all the terms of the lease and they were also flexible with the miles I wanted up front. I had in my mind the color I wanted and they had it which made me happy. I drove it and it handles really well. Having a AWD will be great in the bad weather too. Then along with the Ciocca promise they also offered a Lease Protection Plan, for a few more dollars added onto the lease payment allows me oil changes, which over the course of the lease it's a savings of $360. among other services offered that we decided that it would be beneficial. It's basically a Gas and Go program. I was given the tour of the facility. My experience of this most recent car (lease) purchase was better than what I had anticipated. They seem to really have high standards and make sure everyone is happy before they walk out that door. I will recommend them after my experience getting my new 2017 Subaru Impreza.

This was my second time purchasing a car from Mike. In 2015, I finally bought my first Subaru. It was a used 2011 Impresa Wagon and I LOVED IT! I planned to have it until it died. The universe on the other hand, had other plans. In May 2017, I totaled it. I was devastated and the situation of having to buy a car was unexpected. I didn't have money "saved up" or even put to the side in the incident that something like this would happen. Since I had such a good experience with my first Subaru, I decided to go back to Mike because I trusted him- I got a great deal on my other Impresa, and I knew he would make it happen again. I had a budget, but I wanted to get something either the same year or newer than my last car (obviously). Unfortunately for me, the dealership didn't have the same car that I just totaled and so badly wanted back. BUT- I was able to find a used 2014 Subaru Impresa wagon that was very reasonably priced for what it was. Long story short (ha)- Mike saved the day and got me into a car that I liked and was able to afford. We even emailed back and forth for a few days discussing options. He went above and beyond! He will always be who I return to when I need a new car!

I am 80, almost 81; many "new things" on the Forester. Art talked to us slowly, giving us time to process all the new features. He was very good and explained well. I thank him for his patience. Would have liked the experience better, though, if the finance gentlemen had explained better and more slowly (there were two of them). Older folks like my husband (87)and myself (81) need more time to absorb and ask questions and I felt that the finance session was somewhat rushed. I appreciate, though, having a copy of everything we signed to take home and read over carefully. Ciocca is a new agency to me, having dealt with Honda for the last 20 or more years. We brought in our 2016 Legacy for inspection and oil change. From the time we came into the Service Desk area until we left, everyone was exceptionally courteous, helpful and considerate. We were provided with a loaner which gave us time to do some errands and when we returned to pick up our car we were offered nice cold bottles of water. The car was given the free birthday detail and it looked great! We have bought and leased many new cars over the past 47 years (about every 3-5 years) and have never experienced this with any other dealership. We tell our friends and family the sales and service that have been provided and they are amazed. Keep up the good work!!

I had been hearing about Subaru's for years. Whether it was friends or co-workers, they all loved their cars. So when my friend and his son each got a Subaru, I got that much more of a taste of what they were all about. So when my beloved Pontiac Grand Prix became of age (17 years, and 163,528 mi.), and it became time to search for another car, and after searching and test driving nearly every make and model, I wound up at Ciocca Subaru as it was the closest one to my home. I test drove the two models I liked, the Forester and the Crosstrek. With my family in mind, we chose a 2017 Forester. We are verry happy with the car. Between Edgar (first salesman we dealt with), then John Hershey via the Interrnet searches, to Ben the salesman we worked with to purchase the car and the remainder of the Ciocca Team who handled the remainder of the paperwork from Finance to Title Transfer of my old car. They all did a great job. Now let's see if Ciocca lives up to their 'PROMISES'. That will be the true test of what they say their all about.

Best experience ever buying a new car. Our salesman Adrian was exceptional. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable and took the time to show us every option. He did not try to upsell or haggle pricing. Both him and the dealership was able to get us in at the monthly payment we were looking for. This is my first Subaru ( 2019 Legacy sport- love it) and I would highly recommend checking this dealership out. Don't forget to ask for Adrian .

My son bought the car of his dreams - a 2014 Cross Trek - in NJ and found out that it had several Issues that weren't apparent initially and probably should have been addressed by the dealer. These included worn wheel bearings, oil consumption, and a fouled EGR valve. He was very wary of big dealerships based on previous experience with other dealers and comments on the internet and initially wanted to do the repairs himself or at a local repair shop. He was persuaded to take his car in to Ciocca for a check up and has had a customer experience that completely changed his opinion of "dealership service departments". The service adviser, Maura Jenicki, was terrific from start to finish and walked us through the whole process answering many of our questions and sympathizing with our concern about the condition of the car we bought. The bearings and EGR valve were replaced and Ciocca charged us a fraction of the cost for the service even though these repairs were not under warranty. An oil consumption test is being performed to determine the cause of the oil consumption. We expect that this issue will be covered by warranty. Also, the loaner car provided helped minimize the inconvenience of not having a car to go to work. All in all, Maura and Ciocca Subaru have restored our confidence in the Subaru brand and helped counter the mixed reputation that large dealerships have with the public at large. This is the type of service that creates brand loyalty, especially with younger customers.

First Dealership Experience!

I'm 22 years and and had never purchased a car from a dealership. I personally know one of cioccas mechanics who had sent me a link to a car and suggested I go look at it. He had known what I was looking for and it gave me the courage to actually look at the car. I was worried about going down, always hearing stories about how people get bombarded woth salesman and get pushed into deals that they may not exactly want. Me and my best friend had driven down Saturday and wandered around the lot for quite some time, looking for the car I wanted and checking out some others. Surprisingly, nobody came out and jumped down our throats with sales pitches or anything. I decided it was time to talk to someone about the car I was there to see. We went inside and Greg was the first to stand up and and if we needed some help. I showed him the car I was there to see and he took me right out to see it. Before he even knew if I was serious about buying he offered for me to take it for a test drive. I wasn't comfortable driving standard in a car that wasn't mine because I have only driven standard a handful of times. He was kind enough to take me and my friend for a ride and tell me about the features of the car. Never overwhelming me. I fell in love with the car so we went in and started the paperwork. While waiting on paperwork, he was super friendly and made small talk. He was professional but made the whole process simple and stress free. He made me, someone with anxiety, feel comfortable over the entire process. Mohammed had explained to me all my paperwork and made sure I understood what I was signing. They worked with me, and made sure I was leaving with my new car, despite having a small down payment, no co-signer, and only a short credit history being only 22. Ciocca closed at 6 on Saturday and until my paperwork was finalized, it was a little after 7. Greg had sent my car out to be washed and filled with gas and it was waiting for me when I was done. Greg had also waited for me and everything to be done. He could have left at 6 when the shift ended but he wanted to make sure I was comfortable driving the car home since I live about 45 minutes away. He took me on yet another test drive, with me behind the wheel this time and gave me a quick lesson/refresher on how to drive my car. And then, to top it all off, I find out Greg lives in the same area as me and he offered for me to follow him till I got back into the area I know, just in case I had issues getting it home. He went above and beyond what is required of him at his job to make sure I was happy and comfortable in my new car. And I couldn't ask for a better salesman. If I ever go back for a new car, I don't want any other salesman then Greg. He had made something I dreaded doing into the best experience ever, and I couldn't ask for more. He was positive and extremely up beat the entire time. Thank you again Greg for everything, and making sure I took home the car I fell in love with!!

I contacted Ciocca Subaru through their website and spoke with Jeff. He answered all my questions directly - never any of the usual 'sales-sy' answers you get at most car dealerships. He confirmed the availability of the exact vehicle I wanted and we essentially negotiated a price over the phone that they honored when I arrived at the dealership. I was traveling from NYC and wanted to make sure it was worth the 2+ hour drive. Jeff put me in contact with Frank Renna. Frank was honest and straightforward. No gimmicks and no attempts to increase price or sell me anything that I did not want. He was proactive in starting my paperwork and contacted my insurance company ahead of time to prepare as much as possible so that I would be able to walk out of the dealership as efficiently as possible (which is what I wanted). I appreciate that he was helping me do that (instead of what other car dealerships typically do - waste a lot of my time trying to sell me things I did not want). It was a cold day and Frank even heated up the car for us so it was warm for us once we got in! I needed financing for my vehicle - the only thing about my experience that could've have been better was the wait time to see the finance person, Chris. The dealership was extremely busy - a lot of people there on the coldest day of the winter - so it was understandable. I got there an hour before close around 5pm on a Saturday and we were the last customers leaving there around 8pm. Chris, however was great just like everyone we worked with at Ciocca. He is honest and friendly. My wife and I brought our 3-yr old son along because we didn't have a babysitter to watch him. He was getting impatient after a few hours of waiting. Chris was friendly with my son and help us keep him engaged so he was happy. When 3-yr old is happy, mommy and daddy are happy too. I NEVER buy extended warranty or maintenance packages but Chris was so honest and was very capable of articulating value of those packages. He NEVER pressured me with any of the words that typical salesmen used and that ultimately convinced me to buy the packages. Overall, I love my new Subaru and think they offer the best vehicle for the price. I will look at this brand in the future, but most importantly, I will go to Ciocca Subaru first (even if I have to drive over 2 hours to get there) because of the great service, the honesty of the people working there. I highly recommend to my friends and everyone buying a car to consider Ciocca first. I did not get compensated in any way to write this review.

I had been considering a small SUV and having had several Subarus - the Forester was my top pick. I found a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Forester online at Ciocca, and called to schedule a test drive . Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by Sales Consultant Milton Obano. Milton was personable, and anxious to assist me in any way that he could. Everyone I interacted with was professional and very helpful including the Pre-Owned Sales Manager Sean, and Finance Manager Christian. I purchased the car and arranged to pick it up the following day. It was Miltons day off, but he came in to accomodate my schedule. This time I met with finance manager Kyle who arranged for me to purchase the warranty that I had declined the day before. All in all a great transaction! I'm enjoying the Forester (especially the GREAT gas mileage) and would have no hesitation traveling the 60 miles to once again do business with Milton and the rest of the team at Ciocca Subaru .

So I was in immediate need of a car after my old but beloved car broke down, needing a plethora of repairs, and was browsing different sites for months. When I sent my request for information about my new Vibe via the website, Jim got back to me in literally less than 5 minutes! I was totally blown away!! Really the quick response is why I bought my car here vs another dealership that took ages to return my call...and it ended up being after I bought my new Vibe at Fred Beans. All were great and friendly at the dealership, and they worked to ensure I was financed and ready to take the car home, even though I didn't make it up there until the evening. Jim was nice enough to stay late to make sure everything was swell and to my satisfaction. When I missed my bus home just after filling out my paperwork (to give time for a good detail before I took my new Vibe home), Jim was also kind enough to take me to the transportation center so I didn't have to wait a long time in the rain and the dark for the next one. There was no pressure, including to take the upgrades, but everything was explained to me clearly. All my questions and concerns were answered in a friendly manner too. I'm thrilled with the rewards program too. All in all, I'm pleased with the experience and purchase of my 2nd car (my second Vibe), and Fred Beans will definitely be on my list of dealers to check out when it's time for car number 3, whenever that may be!
