Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
He is the best and nicest guy for any of your car needs. He takes the time to answer even the dumbest questions - and believe me ......I've had lots !! I would recommend anybody to him in the future, and will keep doing business with him as long as he will have me do so. 👍👍
At a recent visit to A and T Chevy we were waited on by David. We found him to be a polite and knowledgeable young man. Our buying experience went well into the evening, test driving more then just one car. David never lost patience with us and our incessant questions, even when I know that we had interrupted his dinner and we were all growing weary. His level of professionalism never wavered. There was not a question that he could not answer, and I see a bright future for him in the automotive industry!
I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
This is the 6th Subaru Legacy that my husband and I purchased. Yes, I guess you could say we are obsessed with the car! We purchased a 2017 which was perfect inside and out. The prices at this dealership are very competitive which we appreciate. We enjoyed working with our salesman named Billy. Very trust worthy and honest. Also very well versed on the Subaru product line. I would recommend asking for Billy if you would like adding a Subaru to your garage!
Dent was said to be in a place too difficult to get out. It looks worse than it did before the repair. Customer service has never been great on the servicing end. Like most dealerships, they’re great at making the sale and poor at everything else after taking your money.
Everyone at Steve Moyer Subaru was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgable staff. You could talk to them like people. Even though their job is to sell cars, they never made me feel pressured. All the things that make purchasing cars a chore didn't happen here. When having to wait, it was nice to have a Lounge with complimentary beverages, snacks, and wi-fi. Such a pleasant experience! I would recommend them to anyone!
