Brought my car without an appointment at 3:30 pm, with TPMS issue, Kevin took it from me, quickly provided diagnostics, after another 20 minutes car was fixed, and I went home. Can't say enough how good this guy is.

I'm still driving the 2019 Ascent with 56k miles. Other than a few recalls handled quickly, no issues whatsoever. Dependable, quiet, performance, comfort. I just had a loaner of the 2023 Ascent Touring model and I was amazed at the improvements. While I am keeping and love my 2019, the 2023 has improved handling, quieter, the transmission is certainly smoother and a solid and comfortable ride. Perhaps it has to due with the Touring model. I am not certain. I find my Subaru dealer to be honest, supportive and with an educated staff. This Ascent is large, which I enjoy immensely and without any family. The fit and finish is outstanding and the dash is quality components. No cheap plastic knobs or low grade materials. I would encourage you to test drive one today.

Other than normal maintenance & a few recalls, my limited edition Ascent has worked flawlessly, been safe & fun to drive & I have no complaints. This is my third Subaru (Legacy-Forester-Ascent) & they've all been good cars, each progressively better. I definitely recommend this car.

2020 Subaru Accent met all my needs and dreams. Very smooth, sleek interior, full moon roof, interior exterior lighting is beautiful. Classy luxury SUV able to tow 5k lbs, turbo engine and many safety features .

I really like the 2019 Subaru Ascent Limited. I only have a couple of problems. I get complaints from my teenage daughters that the third row seats are so uncomfortable. Not enough room they say. They love the room in my wife’s Honda Pilot more. Another thing that I could do without is the X-Term feature. I never use it and to use it you have to be going slow. I’m not taking my Ascent into the woods or driving in some desolate snowy terrain. Kind of seems useless for what a majority of drivers would really need, i.e. different driving modes instead (mud, snow, etc.)

I was extremally pleased with the purchasing experience. Kevin and Jeromy were courteous and thorough with all details. It was a very long wait to complete the paper work and completion of the sale. Outside of that, I was very pleased with the dealership and my experience.

This car is spacious with very comfortable seating and many extra features that make me feel like I am riding in style. It came with a giant sun roof, clear bra, options for navigation and phone apps, choice of car mats (rubber or carpet) and rides so smooth. I love my new Subaru!!

Service (Rick) was great . I'd give him a 11 on a 10 scale ! Every body was very knowledgeable and able an willing to answer any questions !!!

This is my 4th Subaru and my 2nd Ascent. Overall it is a superb vehicle with minor issues in my view. The Driver Monitoring function is basically annoying. Either it disables itself or doesn’t alert at all (I’m always wearing sunglasses). The infotainment screen, at boot up, is agonizingly slow with some improvement after a couple of minutes. I assume that it is a processor issue. The front camera switch is in an awkward position (on the center console). It should be on the steering wheel or an icon on the screen. Acceleration is very good, brakes and steering as well. It is very quiet. Visibility is outstanding. All of the safety features are major pluses. Seats are very comfortable.

Dan Shusterman and Miguel Palmano were very helpful in facilitating this purchase. They made the process easy and were straight forward and honest. I highly recommend them.

The safety feature saved us before we had 100 miles on the car. A van ran a stop a sign and the automatic braking stopped us 6-12" from being broadsided. Van was going 30 - 35MPH so it was great that we were saved by that.

7th Subaru for this Alaskan. This is the best I’ve ever had. Bought the Touring edition, new, & still blown away by the rig. Tested out with a cross country camping trip & comfort, adaptability, utilities, dependability - all a 5. Took a tent, but not even needed, w/firm foam to create a level, comfy bed area. Now I get why my cousin tried to replace his Ascent Touring with a Lincoln Navigator. Ended up selling the Nav to go back to an Ascent Touring. The first Sub I’ve had that Dad proclaimed ‘comfortable’ and ‘perfect’. I chose the Captains chairs for the 2nd seat, and passengers have loved the comfort & their view, as well as their controls, drink holders, etc. I love the options to simply control everything. Almost killed by a drunk driver long ago, I keep a very close eye on everything around me. Visibility in this rig is mind blowing. And that’s on top of all the cameras that monitor what’s happening. Safety features are perfect. Like listening to music, radio, podcasts? Sound in the Touring edition is heavenly. Very, very impressed with this rig.

I could tell right away that Giovani took pride in providing exceptional customer service. His dress was business casual, his demeanor was so very pleasant, and he provided accurate information, and he listened to my questions without rushing me. Giovani treated me with respect, and I have no doubt this is how he treats all of his customers. I needed to have my car back to me at a certain time, and while Giovani told me he did not want to “over promise” me anything, he would make sure he would do everything in his power to make sure I could get out at the time I needed to. The car is perfect for me. I am 5 ft tall yet has plenty of headroom for my husband who is 6 ft 4. Great gas mileage and lots of great features!

This is my second Subaru Ascent. My first was the 2019, and when it came time that my son needed a car, we decided to pass that one on to him since I drive a lot and it had almost 100,000 miles on it. We went out and test drove other SUV's, and after doing so, decided on getting another Subaru Ascent because of how much I enjoyed the first one. The 2019 recall kinks seem to have been worked out in the 2023 model. What I can say about even the 2019 though is that the manufacturer stood behind the items that needed to be fixed, even replacing my whole transmission when the recall patch did not work correctly. We are now a Subaru family.

Great car but excessive tones/beeps/alarms/etc. Jolting. You think something is wrong with the car. Especially the seat belt one—SCREAMS at you. Creates stupid drivers who rely on all these warnings.

We bought a new Subaru legacy in 22. Love this car. Had a Lincoln and had nothing but trouble with it so I sold it and bought a 21 accent. In my mind I took a step down at first. The more I drove the accent the more I don’t miss the Lincoln. The only issue I have had is a drivers window that will sometimes kicks back when closing. The drivers seat will squeak at times also. But I’m sure the dealer will fix it. Overall a very nice car.

I took my 2016 Outback in for an oil change, and ended up leaving with a 2023 Outback instead. The sales and finance teams worked very hard to make me an offer I couldn't refuse, and I can't say enough about Keith in the Service Department; he's part of the reason why I bought another Subaru. Very friendly and helpful group of people at this dealership.

Great SUV. Very comfortable, Performance is acceptable. I am 6' 2" and I have plenty of leg room. Even have to move driver seat forward to drive. Auto adjust feature for driver seat is nice. Wish it included side mirrors also. Only drawback I find is the gas mileage. In this day of soaring gas prices it is a huge downside.

From setting up the appointment to paying the bill, customer service is always professional, friendly, and detailed. The waiting area is clean, customer service representatives are always sending updates, loaners are always easy to get, and the prices are always reasonable.

Recent purchase two months old... I had high expectations and so far they have been exceeded. Quite, smooth, plenty of power and more technology than I will ever figure out.

It is a nice car, It is comfortable to ride in as well as drive. However, I wish it had better gas mileage, especially with gas at $5 or more per gallon...

The vehicle has been amazing. Incredible engine power. Very roomy and comfortable and can haul 5000 pounds. No problems so far. Maintenance has been cheap.

Most pleasant car purchase ever. Our Subaru Ascent Touring with Java leather interior, 2nd-row captain's chairs & 3rd-row bench has all the 'bells & whistles' Pathfinder Platinum (our 3rd) had & then some. Handles great. Better mileage. Crew's Subaru, N. Charleston, SC - Ask for Rob!
