This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

He provided helpful information, a high value for our Trade-in and we were able to get the make, model and color we wanted on our new Forester! I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

First contact was over the internet. They provided information as well as a very attractive price thousands below MSRP. Sales staff (Jon Lahey) was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not pushy. He patiently listened and answered all of our questions. Very satisfied with the dealership and the sales staff.

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

I was in the market for a used Subaru and based on a neighbors recommendation I stopped by Wilsonville Subaru. At Wilsonville you only work through your sales person throughout the entire process, no managers or finance people. They handle that for you. I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and Jon was a pleasure to work with every step of the way! He was knowledgeable about the year and model. I even took the dealer up on their offer to put a deposit down so the car would be "on hold" while I wait a couple days for my PPI appointment with the mechanic, something I'd never done before. I would happily buy another car from this dealership!

We bought a vehicle from Harrison Luccock at Wilsonville Subaru and we absolutely love it!!! The staff there was amazing and very friendly. Any issue that arose they handled immediately and professionally . The car we wanted wasn’t available so they gave us “plan B” and we love it!!!! From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! Great service from Corey Wakefield in the sales Dept. Highly recommend Armstrong Chevrolet. Bought a used 2012 Ford F150 xlt: Awesome deal on a great truck. Corey was willing to talk price on the phone before I even saw it, which was handy since I live more than an hour or so away. Service department got the truck into top shape just as was promised, drove the truck home, and I am a happy guy. What more do you want from a car dealership? Fair, honest, and a genuinely friendly guy. No hard sell at all, and my wife and I were comfortable the whole time. And all this with the used car market out of control bcs. of the pandemic. My husband and I were very pleased with all the sales staff we worked with, and will definitely refer a friend. It's difficult for me to describe purchasing a car as a fun experience, but Subaru of Portland nailed it!!
