This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back,fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

WAS GREAT HE WAS FRIENDLY AND ALSO MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS OF ALL THE PAPER WORK THAT GOES INTO BUYING A CAR CAN BE NERVE WRECKING. BUT HE MADE IT A SMOOTH AND FAST PROCESS THE BEST THUS FAR I EVER HAD WHEN PURCHASING A CAR. I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

Drove over 50 miles because this dealership had a car I was interested in. It was nicer than I even expected and a very good price, so my wife and I bought it. The sales people treated us great. Daniel in finance went over all of our financing options and secured a great loan for us. I never write reviews, but this was a very nice experience. Would highly recommend and consider purchasing here again.

This is the second car I've bought from CarMax (I also once sold a car). Every experience has been fantastic but this actually ranks as the best. Sales Consultant LaShinda John answered every question I had via email and then, for financing, by phone so that I walked in with the exact make, model and trim I wanted waiting for me to test drive and pre-approved for financing. The entire in-dealer experience took less than an hour and a half. Fantastic company and fantastic sales consultant.

Service was on time. Was quoted almost $600.00 for a battery change. A $200.00 battery that takes less than 15 minutes to install. Thats a royal rip off. That practice gives dealerships a bad name.
