This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

The combination of Alexander Cash and Joe Rossman made for a great car buying experience. Alex was super understanding of my personal situation and extremely patient in navigating my requirements. It was a lot of discussion and we were able to collectively reach a deal I was happy with. Every question was received with the respect and consideration it deserved. Coming back to spend almost an hour with Joe sealed the experience. We identified one item that needed to be corrected on the tires and it was done before I left. Joe did a great job explaining all the nuances of the hybrid and even though this is my 4th Forester, I learned a lot! I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

From the minute I walked in the door, Mo took the reins and guided me through the buying process. He was kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car....and I had many. Did my research, tested him and he passed. If you want a new Subaru (bought a 24 Crosstrek) go to Royal Moore and ask for Mo.

The available salesman at the time we came in was Connor. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and mannered. He showed us several vehicles helping us to decide what to buy. If you want to buy a Subaru I definitely recommend Flatirons Subaru and also ask for Connor. You will not be disappointed. Unfortunately we had the displeasure to run into another person who looked very unprofessional. But the experience we had with Connor, convinced me to give 5 stars to this business.

Sarah in sales did an amazing job juggling my deal from out of state. I was eating brunch in Athens, GA and she was working her butt off getting the deal prepped so I could walk in on Monday night, sign a few docs and pick up the keys! Don was there when we arrived. He and the other folks on the team handled the execution quickly and efficiently! Great experience. Wish I lived closer to this dealer. I'd love to give them the chance to service the vehicle.
