This 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited replaces my 2021 Crosstrek 6MT. Sad to give up the manual transmission but this one is really outstanding. Loaded with comfort and safety features the car is tremendous value for the cost. Quiet and comfortable with a nice look.

Sutherlin was several states away. The vehicle was well photographed and described. Their terms were exactly supplied. They were able to help with some complicated financing. I went to Subaru of Olathe looking for an Impreza! Steve Botts helped me find the perfect Impreza with everything I wanted and within my price range. Shannon Brumley worked with me to complete the sell and was very patient and went back and forth with me while I worked with my bank to secure an auto loan. About 3 weeks after purchasing the car, the car had a mechanical issue that required a tow, and I remembered that Shannon told me to reach out to her if I ever needed anything with the car. I immediately called her for help. She helped me secure a tow to Subaru as well as hooked me up with a loaner car. Not only did she provide me with a loaner car so I could still get to and from work but she was able to have another employee bring the car to me! (I unfortunately cannot recall the name of the employee who was very gracious to bring the car to me). Weeks after purchasing my beautiful Impreza, I am still wowed by this team. Got a new 2024 outback wilderness and love it. Process was VERY efficient and not pushy at all through the entire process.
